  • Replace white carbs with green vegetables. You should avoid foods like bread, pasta, rice, cereal, and potatoes during your day. You can consume these foods only within 1 hour after your workout if you absolutely have to. If you are committed to loose fat quick, you should stick to vegetables after your workout as well.

  • Take 5-10 grams of fish oil per day to loose fat quickly.
