This cutting back of calories does happen naturally, so if you were to do it on purpose only for a few days shouldn't harm you either. Just please don't starve yourself for the long term as a method of dieting.

You should only eat foods that are easily digested such as vegetable soup. You can also have soups that contain mainly broth or tomato soups. These are low in calories and can keep you feeling satisfied during your calorie cut back days. Definitely avoid starches like peas, corn or even potatoes. Eat green vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, broccoli, and any other green vegetable.

The above tips will certainly help you to loose weight fast. Always check with your physician first before going on a low calorie diet for a few days to make sure you are physically able to handle it. You'll be getting into that dress or swimsuit in no time!
