Loosing Weight

Most people complain about loosing weight.

i have went from a size 16 down to a size 8, and i will tell you, that it is not as hard as many people say it is.

I went from an unhealthy diet, to a healthy diet. Got more exercise, and started breathing in more fresh air.

Let me tell you now, that fat is one of the main problems in everyone's diet. Not sodas. Lots of people will tell you that sodas are high in calories, and that sugar is bad for you. I have been drinking lots of sodas, some milk, and have used sweet and low in most of my morning and afternoon coffee. 

So for a change try this:

Sweet and low, in all or most of your coffee. I still use sugar from time to time.

Drink Coke, rather than other sodas. But the trick here is to pour the soda over ice. Do not drink it straight from the can or bottle.

Drink some milk from time to time. Maybe a quart  week. It's actually good for the bones.

Eat natural healthy foods, like vegetables. Steam them in the microwave, and use just a little butter and a little seasoning, in your steamer bag.

Don't fry your foods. As a matter of fact, just toss out the can of grease, and replace it with cooking oil. I prefer the vegetable cooking oil.

Cut back on your meats. In place of your regular meats, try chicken. Make sure that you put that chicken on the grill. That's right, on the grill. That will get rid of most of the fat in that chicken. It will have a great flavor, and be sure to take the skin off of that chicken before you eat it.

Eat lots of salads and fresh vegetables. They really will fill you up. Using a dressing on your salad is alright. Just don't over do it.

Peanut butter and crackers is actually pretty good. And, great for a snack. This is where you may want to add that glass of milk, and i did say one glass, perhaps two.

Eat pickled foods like okra, and other pickled vegetables, with all your meals. 

In a couple of months, i would like to know your results on weight loss.

Real good Shirleybill. I use splenda instead of sweet and low, when I use artificial sweetener. I don't understand about the coke idea. Does it aid in the weight loss? I'd like to give this idea a try. However, I have a real dilemma, I have no appetite, so I don't eat on a regular basis, ergo my weight loss problem. Anyway your hub is really good for those that have the opposite problem, and I'm sure if adhered to will yield results.
