1. Learn why eating 5-6 small meals a day instead of the usual 3 BIG meals will actually speed up your metabolism.

3. Like it or not, you must try to pack your food the night before, this will limit your eating out. Restaurant foods are typically not as healthy as you might think.

8. Last but definitely not least, eat more fresh food; if possible go for organic food instead. It has less or no chemicals in it and it's easier for your body to digest. Also, try to eat more lean meats like chicken and fish.

Just follow these little steps and you'll be well on your way to weight loss. Remember to keep to it for at least a month and you'll see the difference.
