20 Steps to lose fat quickly

as a personal trainer these are the guidelines that i ask my clients to follow when they start a new routine for losing weight

1) remove butter and oil from your diet

2) start drinking 3 litters of water, specially first thing in the morning when you get up

3) eat 6 meals per day at least, 3 of them can be inform of protein shake

4) do not eat 4 hours before sleep, what this does it gives you a better sleep

5) have a healthy breakfast, eat balanced meals that have protein, carbs and good fats like omega 3 which u can get from flex seed oil ( sold in health food stores)

6) set a date and a plan on how many days a week are you going to go to the gym and train.

7) have an accountability partner to keep you accountable so you stick to your goal

8) hire a personal trainer or read online to find the right program to reach your goal

9) Read something about health and fitness every day, this will keep your brain focused on your goal and programs your subconscious mind to make healthy choices

10) start changing your friends, make friends at the gym and start to hang out with people who are more fit and healthy

11) limit your alcohol intake, start reducing a glass of alcohol every week and start to drink more water

12) keep a journal and write down your progress to keep your self motivated

13) create a vision board, take a picture of the type of body you wish to have and post it somewhere you can see it often

14) visualize your self having the perfect body and every day before you sleep and get up think of how you would feel to have the perfect body, what type of friends would you have, what time of relationships would you have, what type of jobs would you do, if you had the perfect body that you always wanted?

15) Do not give up, be consistent , even if you missed a week of training don’t give up and go back to your training.

16) Set a reward date for yourself: say to your self if i stay focused on this for 21 days then i am going to buy xyz for myself. go for a massage or blow a $100 on an expensive dinner to celebrate your success.

17) Start getting involved in online forums on health and fitness, its very great to mastermind with other likeminded people, learn from people who have done it before and are just like you and have the same mind set as you.

18) Have fun with this, losing weight doest have to be painful, this can be a lot of fun because you get to totally transform who you are.

19) keep taking pictures of yourself every other week this will keep you motivated and inspired to stick to the program

20) go tanning: tanning alone will make you look and feel so good and it makes you look more defined which helps your progress even more because you will look a lot leaner and will make you train even harder at the gym
