OK guys, it our turn, all I see out there is diet articles about women wanting to losing lose there belly fat. Most diets I see have a picture of a women on the cover of a book or magazine . What about the men, they have belly fat that they want to lose to, right. I am a prime example of a 33 year old male that happens to be about 45 pounds over weight and it is mostly all in my belly. I have tried in the past to lose the belly fat that I have but have never had luck with diets that are suggested. I have even slowed way down on my Beer drinking with the guys. If you are anything like me you have probably tried the shake diets the protein diets and just about everything else. I hope I can inform you here with this hub about lose belly fat for men.

Dieting is pointless without an exercise routine put into your weight loss program. You must mix your dieting with exercise in order to lose your belly fat in little time. If you watch your diet and exercise, the faster that you will lose your belly fat.

Good little hub this Matt. As a 24 year old male, I was able to get away with eating and drinking whatever I wanted for the first 23 years of my life. In the last couple of months I have begun to get a little too fat for my clothes, so when they say that it sneaks up on you... they really mean it!
