You are so right when you say we need to learn to cook properly. It's funny look at a lot of european countries (not uk I'm from there lol) and they eat lots of the stuff that is so called bad for us. But they eat and cook proper food, they cook in fats and drink plenty of alcohol and the result is that statistics show they are healthier than the US and UK community. They don;'t deprive themselves, but when they do indulge it is freshly cooked and a mixture.
Lose your belly big boy. We all need to shed a few LBS.
Thankfully for me I have an unnaturally high metabolism,however I always keep an eye out as to how to keep the fat away because I know one day when I get a little older it might catch up to me

Belly fat is one of the most unhealthy fat stored in our body..they often cause diabetes...that's why it is very important to get rid of them as soon as possible..^^..anyways thanks for the great tips on how to effectively lose them.
Eat fresh and well prepared food, avoid anything with "corn" (whatever its form) among its ingredients, sell your car, and do not buy more than what you need for a day.

Great information. Just wanted to add to it that I found cutting down on eating meat gave me some great results. At first I thought a meal without meat was not a meal but if prepared well you woun´t miss the meat and it really helps losing weight. Ofcource you need to excersize.
Good info here. Interval training is a new concept to me, but it sounds effective. And I agree with the sentiments about the mental aspect of losing weight. It's all in your head, but once you set your mind to start eating healthier and exercising, the results will come on their own...
New to site here. I have lost 100 pounds in a year and a half. I use Yerba Prima Psyllium Whole Husks, three times a day, in OJ, cereal, and as a snack on Activia Yogurt at night, eat half of what i ate before, cut out the sweets, ate more fresh fruit, leaner cuts of meats, chicken and pork, lots of beans and veggies right out of my organic garden down here in Florida. I drink probably 2 gallons of water a day, i must admit, when i do not drink enough water, i feel very tired, and my system is sluggish. This is a whole new regime i concocted for myself. I tried 100 different diets, diet means deprevation, or being DENIED, that sets a person up for DEFEAT. Don't do it to your self folks, take it from some one who struggled for 56 years with weight problesm, now it is a eating plan for life, doesn't that sound better? fYES, YEAAAH!!!!!! Do it, i guarantee that you will feel better, and honestly i tried all the colon cleanse products, none worked for me , the Yerba Prima finally gave me the results i have so waited for. I do some walking every day, i have serious back problems, so i can not do the heavy exercise, just real low impact in my house, then i walk around not really fast, just get the heart rate up for 10 minits a day, and WOW, i actually could keep up with my son this year on my annual vacation to Baltimore, WOW, i played in the snow, walked in the woods, two years ago i was basically a recluse, ashamned and too tired to go out. Feels good to be able to sit in a Jet and use the seat belt!!!!! Well, that is my story, it is pretty simple, i do not keep a log or make this hard, it works! I am so glad i found Yerba Prima because it is VERY cheap in price, worksed wonders also. I have 40 more pounds to go, i will get there!!!
