Lose 20 Pounds in 28 Days!!

I am creating this series of Hub's to review certain online dieting programs. The first of these will be how to Lose 20 Pounds in 28 Days!  As a former college athlete I understand the concerns of many Americans who have let themselves go and desire to get their life back on a healthy track! I will start off by saying that any exercise/dieting program is not magic; they do require commitment on behalf of the user. I have learned this very fact from years of athletic training and fitness research. This being said health and fitness is a very real goal for anyone willing to put in the work.

The problem that most people come into contact with is not a lack of will but a lack of know how. It's not that people do not want to lead healthy lives it's that they have not been taught how. Everyone has to start somewhere right? I am not here to give comprehensive body and lifestyle evaluations to everyone I meet, I just don't have the time. But what I am going to do is give some proven systems that will give you the information to get started down the right path.

This program is not a life consuming program. It is in fact a system to shock your system into losing weight fast! That is what most of us want, right, to lose those pesky pounds that we have acquired over time? If this sounds like you here is a way that, if you are wanting and willing , you too can get back on track to a healthier life!

Steps to a healthier life

· Commit and actually do it, don't just think about/talk about doing it! You are the only one who can make the decision to follow through with it!

· First and foremost before you begin any exercise or dieting plan make sure that you are in good enough health to do so. I know it sounds cheesy but if you haven't had a physical in a few years it is probably time and your physician can answer any questions you may have about your ability to start a new regiment.

· Second, do your research! Know the in and outs of the program you choose. (You are on the right track visiting this site because I will give you all the information you will need!)

· After you have done steps one and two you need to physically write out a list of goals. Doing this will give you something to shoot for and a way to track your progress. One of the biggest pittfalls people encounter is they think that all their hard work is for not. Most of the time this is not the case, they just do not have a control to base their progress upon.
