There’s a lot of nonsense talked about cellulite, most of it by cosmetic companies peddling pills, creams and potions. And of course spas and beauty clinics who sell ongoing monthly “treatments”. You only have to read their advertisements to start becoming sceptical, just like ads for hair products they are full of pseudo scientific jargon which is actually meaningless mumbo jumbo. If these people or their products were any where near as good as they say they are there wouldn’t be any women with cellulite or wrinkles or tired eyes or lank lifeless hair.

Think about it. If any company created a cream that really got rid of cellulite or wrinkles, vast hordes of women would be beating down the doors to get it. They wouldn’t even need to advertise, word of mouth would do it. Quite by chance recently I heard a radio discussion about skin problems which included a real woman doctor who was an expert on skin conditions. She dismissed the cosmetic claims about being able to penetrate deep layers of skin etc as nonsense, doesn’t happen. When asked how she got her own good looking skin she used the words they were dreading “soap and water”. I also read that if these cosmetic solutions could do half the things they claimed they would probably have to be classed as drugs which would not be sold over the counter. Also the regulators would be much stricter in managing the claims they make. So why don’t they now?

That’s because the rules covering such products are not too concerned with things which are deemed to only “enhance” the appearance. Says it all really.
And have you ever known a cosmetic company to miss a chance? If they ever really invented a “cure” for something like wrinkles they’d probably charge a thousand dollars an ounce for it. I mean “rinse and repeat”, that was apparently a marketing ploy to sell twice as much shampoo.

Cellulite is caused by a special kind of Fat

More BS from the potion peddlers; A scientific study which took fat from the areas of the body affected by cellulite and compared them to fat samples taken from other areas of the body found that there was no difference. Same with “toxins” which cause cellulite, which toxins exactly? Do they ever name them? Your body works 24/7 doing a pretty good job of removing toxins. Anyway if toxins were the problem is it likely they’d just affect your butt and thighs? You’d probably be covered head to foot in “orange peel” skin.

What Causes Cellulite?

It seems that more and more doctors and scientists and reputable therapists are coming to the conclusion that cellulite is actually caused by the condition of the muscles in the affected areas. To be blunt you’ve got flabby muscles! If they aren’t toned it allows your skin to pucker and dimple.

So How Can I Get Rid Of My Cellulite?

You may not want to hear it but the answer is exercise. You may be fit and you may even go to the gym three times a week or swim a hundred kilometres every week, but to get rid of your cellulite you need to do exercises to target those areas which are affected. You know that athletes who specialise in different types of sport use different training programs. Runners have different routines to weight lifters, boxers or tennis players. So you need an anti cellulite exercise routine. There is one which takes only 22 minutes a day, you can do it in your own home and you don’t need any special equipment. Satisfied customers have called it the naked beauty course. There’s a free report too. And if you decide you’d rather be smooth and gorgeous than dimpled and sad there’s a “works or your money back guarantee” Click Here
