If you can believe that love is learned then we have tremendous hope that we can live a life of love. Our definitions of love have varied through the years. Many will argue and debate on what love truly is. I too have to define it over and over again. But when you know it to be true, your soul will resonate with the words and it will give you the knowing and peace.

I believe we all need to be loved. We need to be touched, to know that we exist, and that we need to express and receive expressions of love. It does matter that somebody cares about us. Somebody saw us. Someone believed in us. Yes, I do believe we all need to be loved and nurtured.

And then we can go and genuinely and unconditionally love others more.
