Well we've all been there, and i know better than anyone the hurt and deception you feel when one of your relationships goes bad, you feel hurt and cheap and very naive, but no matter what they tell you and no matter how sorry they say they are, don't get back with them because then your just setting yourself up to be hurt again. Ive heard all of these excuses before and i understand you must be feeling vulnerable and you'll even convince yourself that he will never do this again but once you go back to them i can garantee that it will only end in tears. So whenever your put in a situation like this ask yourself the three essential rules of a relationship:

* Will he do it again?

* Can you trust him?

* If you went back to him would he make the same mistakes?

You always have to ask yourself these and keep your chin up because i can promise you that you will find the right guy/girl for you but it will only happen when you have confidence in yourself and it will probably be unexpected which is the best kind of Love, trust me i know.
