You Should Drink More Water On Low Carb Dietsb
Finally, the last thing to note is that you should be making an effort to drink more water while on a low carb diet.
Low carb diets tend to have dehydration effects on the body, therefore you need to make sure you're doing what you can to counteract this.
Drinking slightly more than the recommended eight glasses of water should accomplish this, so be sure you're doing so.
So, keep these points in mind if you're thinking of going on a low carb diet. While they will not work that great for everyone, most people do tend to do quite while on a low carb diet.
