  2. Cook potatoes in boiling water for roughly 10 minutes.

  1.  Wrap the tortillas in an aluminium foil and place them in a 200 degree Celsius oven for 10 minutes. Coat four custard cups with nonstick cooking spray and press one tortilla into each cup. Again, bake them in the oven for another 10 minutes or until golden brown. Take them out to let them simmer and cool down. Once cool, remove the tortillas from the cups
  2. Meanwhile, cook the ground beef, along with the onion and garlic until the beef is brown. Drain off the fat.  
  3. Add in the vinegar, cumin, crushed red pepper and tomato sauce to the cooked beef. Boil them and upon boiling, leave them to simmer uncovered for 15 minute.
  4. Next, place the tortillas on a big plate. Surround the tortillas with lettuces and place the cooked beef mixture into the tortillas. Lastly, spinkle with shredded reduced fat cheese and tomatoes.

Thanks for the recepies. I didn't know potatoe wedges OR tacos could be low cholestrol. This is great as these are two of my favorites!
