It is a good practice to start using salt in moderation even if you don't have high blood pressure as a preventative measure to staying healthy.

Homemade Salt Free Salsa
Red and green onions
Fresh mild jalapeno peppers
Green and red bell peppers
Celery
White Vinegar
Tomato Paste (no sodium)
1 tsp oregano
Minced Garlic
1 tsp Lime juice
Run all vegetables through the food chopper to coursely chop or chop by hand. Place
in pot on stove with the spices and cook for 30 minutes. Cool and place in refrigerator
2 hours before serving. This will keep for weeks stored in an air tight container in the refridgerator.
