Low testosterone Levels

Testosterone levels in males starts to become lower from age 20-25. Most males will reach their testosterone levels peak at age 18-20 and then it starts to go down from there. While male menopause only begins at age 40 to 55, and that's because testosterone levels start getting very low.

The actual causes for lower testosterone levels in man is subject to discussion, the fact is that increased testosterone levels in males or females of any age is important for the general well being of the individual.. For men, the biggest cause for lower levels of testosterone starts because the testes produce less testosterone. There are many causes for this but mainly it is natural for this to happen. But, not all is lost. Men can increase their testosterone levels by using a variety or even a combination of methods to increase testosterone production. It can be said that all starts with a proper diet for increasing testosterone.

Low testosterone symptoms start by a reaction of the brain to blood testosterone levels. But instead of flooding one's head with the scientific causes for low testosterone, it can be observed that the number one cause of low testosterone levels starts with one's lifestyle. No exercise, a bad and unhealthy diet, excessive smoking and drinking among other things are the main culprits in the low testosterone man. Psychological and unresolved issues can also cause low testosterone levels in both man and women. If a man is stressed out most of the time, eats poorly, doesn't exercise often enough and smokes or drinks (although you can have low testosterone levels even if you do not smoke or drink), obviously, this man is not taking proper care of himself and he will most likely suffer from low testosterone levels which can also lead to depression and other symptoms that will cause his life to go downhill fast.

The result of such unhealthy lifestyle can lead to poor performance in bed, lack or inability to focus or concentrate for extended periods of time, depression and so on and so forth. There are many ways to increase testosterone production. I'd like to say that diet alone and a better health and lifestyle can do wonders but the fact is that not everybody has the ability or discipline, specially if you are already suffering from low testosterone levels, to cook every day, exercise routinely and quit drinking or smoking.

For those that can, that's certainly the best way. For the rest of us, myself included, there are many products that are natural and do not cause any undesirable side effects. Of the ones I have personally used, my favorite testosterone enhancement product so far is one called Provigro. Provigro is made for men who want to increase their testosterone levels, is concerned about side effects that come with the use of such products as Viagra and who wants the best results for the lowest price.

I highly recommend Provigro but I have also had success and some of my colleagues too with another product called Testarol.
