Great Service, Amber at store #2594 was very helpful. She was outside with the Grills, I went inside gave them the number of the grill I wanted and when I returned (less than 5 minutes later) she had it ready and helped me load it on my truck. This was 9 A.M. on a Saturday morning !

I went to lowes store 06640-40608-24309 today to purchase a small (or so I thought) push mower. I was in a car, and figured I would be able to fit the box either into the trunk or the back seat. Was in a crappy mood anyway, it was a dismal, rainy day, and I arrived only to find out that the only mowers they had were already put together.
The gentleman working in the lawnmower department (I think his name was Jack) was fantastic!! He assured me that he could make the mower fit into my car, and spent about 10 minutes twisting it different ways until it finally worked!!
Most folks I know would have gotten frustrated, aggravated, etc, and started cussing and hollering because of what a pain in the rear end it was. Not "Jack"!! He was most patient, and even had me laughing hysterically by the time it was all over. Huge hats off to Jack and the Lowes on Valley Avenue in Roanoke, Virginia for having the good sense to hire him!! I am an even more loyal Lowes customer because of my experience with him!!
I am a new home owner who has been spending quite a bit of time at Loewes. Today , like many other Sundays I drove to Lowes to purchase supplies for the week. I found every thing I need with ease, as my friend and I approached the counter to check out the employee working the counter was rude and her commets were unacceptable .the whole experience left me visably shaken . this occured at 9701 east roosevelt Blvd. sales #S1848AG3....terminal1848.....the manager was called and handled the situation with professionalism.
I came in to purchase the Scotts lawn fertilizer. The staff did not have familiarity with which one was the current one to use.I think they were new on staff.Normally the staff is very helpful.
I tried to get my carpet restretched and called lowes in middletown ny. after a person came out and looked at my carpet I was contacted by someone from the store. The message was garbled and the only info i got was a phone number. I then called around 6-7 times with no response;either nobody picked up the phone or they didn't have any information about the job.i should call back. i went to the store twice and after asking to see an itemized estimate or a more complete job description, i gave up. the bill just said 3 rooms with furniture, carpet restretching. this does give me any info at all. first of all,the person looked at four rooms and a hallway.what parts of this job was he going to do?what is the estimated time to do this job? what is the hourly rate being charged? i don't think that it is unreasonable to expect more info on a bill that you are paying for upfront.it reminds me of the time i tried to get lowes to put up a dog run; i gave up after 3-4 weeks and hired someone else. this is the last time i try to get lowes to do any home improvement work for me.

Your store price scanners seem to get STUCK and I have been charged twice for only one item.. IS THIS HOW LOWE'S MAKES A PROFIT? This has happened 3 times in the last 15 days. Each time I have caught the mistake, returned to the register to get it corrected. A waste of my time and very frustrating to the people behind me in line. This last time the cashier told me that they have complained to management, but no one fixes the problem. So I would advise Lowe's customers to ALWAYS check their receipts to see if they are being overcharged.
I went to Lowes, store number 22320-40808-14293, to purchase a toilet and dishwasher. As we were waiting for a sales person, the store manager, Njaja Sims, came and assisted us. I picked out the toliet. He had it in stock and made sure that all the necessary parts were included. I stated that I also wanted to look at a dishwasher, he stated that the salesperson in the area would help me with that and he called her to do so. I stated that I also need other items,to repair the wall behind the toilet. He stated that he would help with all itmes needed. I gave him a list and ask that he and my granddaughter get the them while I picked out the dishwasher. He stated that he would be glad to and that he would help me put the items in my car. After the purchses, he and anothers gentleman help get the items in my small car. The other gentlemen also had to recut the sheet rock to fit. All of this was done in less that 45 minutes of my arriving in the store. I felt so special by the service that I received, from the manager, the dishwasher salesperson, the cashier and the other gentlemen who help, I did not get the others names unfortunately. I have gone to some stores and wandered around the isles looking for someone to help me and when I would corrner a salesperson they seem hurried or I sensed that I was interfering with their flow. Being a senior citizen this would be quite frustrating and I would be left wondering if Ihad gotten the right items that I was looking for. I was glad to see the patients and professionlism that these young people afforded me at Lowes. Thank you very much.

I wanted to make some home improvements and made the mistake of going to lowes to purchase some items. I purchased a garage door and paid for installation. Waited almost a month for installation, on the day it was to be installed the installer showed up without the motor and asked for me to go pick it up knowing that they would not release the motor to me even though I had already paid for it. Stood out there over an hour and a half waiting for someone to tell me who could tell me that I couldn't pick it up. Went from customer service to customer service, so I finnaly went back to my house and told the installer he needs to go pick it up. The installer leaves and lowes delivers the motor and then I'm waiting for the installer to return. He's already late to get to his next installation so he half put it up. Now the garage door is off it's hinges and I have been out ot lowes and spoke to the installers and it's been over a week and my garage door is still hanging off its hinges and I can't get in or out my garage and some of my things in the garge is getting wet. Whatever happen to customer service????????????

I am way over due this comment, But I contacted Lowes Corp about buying a chimania. I had a problem with the ash collector, it rusted and I had to throw it away. I contacted Lowes Corp, and they had a Lowes Mgr Mr Ross of the Milan Tennessee store call. I explained that I had purchased the Chiminia approx one year ago and the ash collector had rusted through. He not only sent me one but didn't charge me a thing. First I would like to thank Lowes Corp and but I really would like to thank Mr Ross(Milan , Tn Store) going above the call of duty in contacting me and sending me the ash collector and not charging me. I have been to three Lowes store to see if I could get a replacement light cover for my Harbor Breeze Fan. I am very frustrated with all of the Lowes stores as none could offer any advise on how to obtain a replacement.
At all three stores they said look on the shelf if we don't have we don't carry it.

I was at lowes today and purchased 885.00 tile etc and one of your employees was very helpful and actually pulled my order. When I got home the tile and trim did not match.now the fun begins Jtook back the tile and was not really satisfied with the help of getting the correct tile. I should have checked before I left no I should have been treated better on the return than I was, the three enployees in the tile department were not helpful and I really felt like they made fun of me for a mistake the other customer service young man made the mistake. I am tilimg three bathrooms and purchased tile for one and feel like I will not go bach and purchase materials for the other two...customer service was lousy Thank you

Today I tried to buy a Whirlpool oven at LOWE's on 17th street in Altoona Pa. The clerck told us that store had two in stock but because the distribution center didn't have any they couldn't sell us the ones they had because they couldn't do the paper work from the computer as stock on hand. I have had quit an experiance today. We had ordered our carpet and it was suppose to be installed today. The installers arrived at 8:30am and took out all the old carpet. My husband noticed some cracks in the fondation and wanted that fixed before they layed carpet over it. We called Lowes and they sent out a man to give us an estiment. $267.00 later they fixed the cracks and put some cement on some other part of the floor to make it even. Around 2:30 they told us that they were breaking for lunch. At 7:30 they called and said it would be one more hour !!! I called Lowes and told them that they better get someone out here right now to get this large roll of carpet out of our driveway before someone steals it. Lowes said they would call me back...they never did !!! At 9:30pm the installers showed back up...we told them to take everything back and we will deal with this problem at Lowes first thing tomorrow morning. Some time back We bought a BBQ grillware (TM) portable gas grill for our son. He used it very often until the burner burned out and made it inoperable. The rest of the grill is in very good shape. I've tried to locate the company who made it, but was unsuccessful. Since we bought the grill at Lowes, I thought you might be able to help me find a replacement burner. It is the shape of an elongated E with the gas orifices on the top and bottom legs. Please help us.

I purcashed carpet from Lowes and paid a $79.00 delivery fee,which I was to recieve a rebate. I recieved a pre-paid Visa card which I tried to use at a local gas station and it was refused. After many attempts at calling the 800 number, I am still without usage of the Prepaid card. I thought Lowes was a better company than this, since Oprah so highly praised them.
I am more than satisfied with my new kitchen cabinets. I am ecstatic, they are simply beautiful. Tim Ritchie did a fantastic job with installation.
After shopping at Lowe's for many years, I am totally shocked and upset. I was leaving your store in Rockford,IL to go to my car, the car next to me had a dog inside with all the windows up. Outside temp. was 80. Dog looked very hot. I went into the store to have the person paged, after getting the plate# and make and model. I was told by the store mgr. that wasn't their policy, they don't page their customers who leave animals in a car. My reply...Iam also a customer( not anymore) Who put this policy into affect????? This is animal crualty at its highest.

I recently went to lowes In Howell NJ to purchase vent insulation. They have 2 different types . The regular black plastic and a silver rip resistant one. I wanted the rip resistant one which is a Special Order Item Only. There was no price posted so I tried to find someone to give me a price. FORGET ABOUT IT no one around so when I finally found someone to give me a price they couldn't find the item number or who made it. Went to Lowe's to buy a chain saw and we decided we needed a new push mower. We brought the mower and saw and when we got home on the outside of the box it had in black marker "no wheels", when we opened the box the wheels were inside but not the bolts and nuts to put the wheels on. I called them they stated come back by and we will open a box and give you what you are missing. Needless to say don't buy a Bolen push mower from Owensboro, KY lowes because you will be missing your bolts and nuts to attach the wheels, because they took mine out of a box and taped the box back up and put it back on the shelf. Not very smart if ya ask me. Customer service was very unprofessional when I went back also.
Please people, don't be stupid. When you are charged 35.00 for someone to come out and measure for an estimate, they tell you it is a non-refundable fee. That is payment for someone to come measure, not for them. Secondly they give you a contract for the fee, which you then go pay for- you don't have to if you don't agree to it. Thirdly- As a former employee of Lowes, let me tell you there is no other training experience as customer- oriented as Lowes has. I've worked in three major retail stores, and most of them love to rip off customers. Lowes really tries to cater to customers, but must train new people, just like everyone else. I find it HILARIOUS that most of these complaints come from people who can't even type intelligently. Most often, complaints come from people who have never worked in retail in their entire life. Trust me, it isn't easy, and handling jerks like some of these complainers seem to be, requires a raise that never comes.

I am not well and after Loader Mike checked us out, he and another named Johnny loaded our truck for us and I didn't have to do a thing. They were not only efficient, but very kind and pleasant. After waiting for three weeks to be notified, I called the store and was told, "Oh yeah, they're here." No apologies for not being notified. I have an answering machine so no reason for not being told.

I recently built a vacation home. A large number of items I purchased from Lowe's of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. There were some minor glitches with a couple of items but the entire staff responded flewlessly. My thanks and appreciation goes to Alan,Store Manager and Nick,Service manager and to all thier employees that treat me like they are glad to have me as a customer.I am not a real easy person to please and I like for things to go right, but this Lowes is one of the best ever.
I went to lowes store 06640-41109-27237, Roanoke Va. I purchased Item # S0664ll3, 6 pk 20w Black Flood Light. I read the box and on the outside it says "No tools required". I took both sets home opened one of the boxes and assembled them only to find that it didn't contain a transformer or wireing required to make them work. I read the instructions and no where did it say on it or the box that these items wern't included and needed to be purchased seperately. I took the opened box back because I thought maybe parts were left out but I was told these were replacement lights and I was supposed to know this how!!!!!!!!. I then had to return home and get the second box to return. Store MOD Johnny was as helpful as an empty bottle in the desert. The product is made and assembled in China and who ever the buyer for Lowe's is isnt smart enough to make sure this information is on the package. They have no problem wasting my time (or Sat for that matter). The instructions also had more Spanish than English. An employee named Tammy was very helpful though but the Johnny the so called MGR needs training in bedside manners.

I visited your store #19010-31909-23122 in Cotati, CA, on March 19, 2009, in search of a garden "arbor" as shown on page 52 of your March/April publication "Creative Ideas". No one there seemed to know where they were, although I did find a similar one, after wandering about for a while, but it was not as shown in your r publication. I was also wanting to purchase a string trellis for sweet peas, but no one knew if they even carried such an item. Thye young man in the garden shop tried to find out. but to nop avail. All in all this was a very frustrating experience for me. I will, no doubt, shoip there aagain, but with great apprehension!

CASHIER NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT
I am at the store {15590-41509-02792} in Salina, Ks 2 to 5 times a week. I usually park at the lumber entrance parking lot. After making my purchases, if need be, I pull up to the loading zone to load my truck. I find that some of the customers pull up and park in the loading zone then go in and shop. They think this is thier parking area. The other day I bought 11 sheets of osb which was outside. Customers were parked right in front of it causing me to have to lift the sheets over thier truck, go about 15 feet to load my truck. At 71 years old this is quite a chore. The trucks were there when I entered the store and were still there 15 minutes later, never moving. The loading zone should be enforced. It is not a parking zone. If this continues to be used as a parking lot, I will have to go to Southerlands so I can have a place to load.

I purchased 10 bags of topsoil [400 #] from the garden section of your store in Heath, Ohio. I had to load it myself, push it several hundred feet to the main cashier checkout because there was no one in the garden section. I then pushed the cart to the parking lot to load it myself. I complained to the cashier [shrug of shoulders] and phoned a mamager who told me that the no one staffed that section because it was cold and rainey. This is the third day this section has not been staffed. I understand that you would not completely staff a section like this in bad weather but it seems to me that someone should be available for advice or assistance, there are some who do not wait for sunshine to get things done.

I am remodeling my kitchen. $10,000 budget. I went to the cabinet department. No one there. I ask where the person was. Was told that no one there today because one was on vacation and the other on day off. There were "red vest" everywhere but no one to help in cabinets. The people I ask made it very clear they could care have cared less.

When I had vanity top installed on 4-16-09 it was chipped and had to be returned.The item was out of stock at that store so had to go to another stroe which added time to plumbers bill. later same day when instslling light one of the globes was wrong color and had to return to store for another one.People at service desk were rude and when she got me a replacement from another at this nlight kit she put the wrong one in box and put back on the shelf so another customer will get the wrong one again. This very bad customer service. I will think twice before shopping at this store again. There were 2 people ahead of me that could not get waited on because, the clerk was on a personal phone call, they walked out without their items, the young man was still on the phone, but after atime checked me out. I had my entire yard fenced. It was done on time and should last the rest of my life. The workers were courtious and the materials were top notch. I would recomend them to everyone I know. The price was in line with other contractors. I use Lowes for all my home needs. My hats off to a job well done !

Store 0630-42409-69562. I have been coming to this lowes for a couple of years and the truth of the matter is that in the lumber dept a regular customer gets any help. I have come to that expectation when I do come to lowes. Today was an exception to the my normal experience. A Lowes employee named Nathan actually asked me if he could help me. I had to get a number of pcs of lumber and I said to him sure I could use the help. He was friendly and helped me to select the lumber I wanted and he suggested the type and we proceeded to get it. I have normally gone to Home Depot as they seem to have better service. I may change my mind as someone has told Nathan that customer service is important.
I went to your store on 4-22-09 and I purchase 123114 red/charcoal bricks, 165 of them, the guy that got the bricks for me told the cashier how many they were and she rang them up. Automatically instead of them being $0.48 the receipt said discount each -$0.07. Then the cashier told me the total was $72.61, I then handed the cashier your store coupon that stated if you were doing a small project and purchase came to $50.00 or more to use the $10.00 off coupon on your purchase. She scanned the coupon but it did not take off the $10.00. While the guy was helping loading the bricks in my vehicle I looked at the coupon and told him that it did not take off the $10.00 coupon. He then tried to convince me that the $0.07 was my $10.00 coupon. I went home and the day I sent my husband back up to the store with the receipt. He told me he spoke to the cashier because the same casdhier was there and she did remember him and the transaction and sent him over to the customer service who had a store manager by the name of "Mark" talk to him and told him he couldn't understand why he couldn't that the $10.00 coupon was the $0.07 discount and why was it so hard for him to understand? When he came home I then called the store and asked to speak to the store manager and this guy got on the phone who said his name was "Mark" Asst. Manager, and I explained to him about everything and that we did not receive our $10.00 off coupon on our purchase. He was very rude and tells me why couldn't I nor my husband understand that $0.07 totaling $11.55 was our $10.00 coupon. I then told him it was not because we didn't mention or present the coupon until after everything was rung up and then handed the coupon along with our charge to pay for the purchase. He then stated that in order for the cashier to ring up our purchase we had to give her the coupon first and then it was rung up. I told him that is not how the transaction took place and now he sounded like this was a scheme, please do not insult my intelligence. He stated that this was so simple and it was beyond him why we could not understand. I then asked him what was his last name and he told me I didn't need that because he will be hard to find he was the only "Mark" there and do "whatever". Lowes Hoe Center owes me $10.00 and I feel if they did this to me how many others have the done this to. That $10.00 adds up to alot of money and I guess all the companies has to get into stealing from the consumers one way ot another. I am also going to "Contact 2" this should be a good story and who knows alot of other stories may show up if they look into this.

BRINGING THIS MATTER TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENTION, I WAS ON MY WAY AFTER 45 MINUTES AND A 10% DISCOUNT PER THE MANAGER. THAT EVENING I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM LOWES DELIVERY ATTEMPTING TO DELIVER THE FOLLOWING DAY. I EXPLAINED THAT MY DELIVERY WAS NOT SCHEDUALED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY. THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM LOWES DELIVERY SCHEDUALING MY DELIVERY FOR VETWEEN 11 AM AND 3 PM THE FOLLOWING DAY. THE FOLLOWING MORNING AT 7:53 AM I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM LOWES STATING MY CABINETS WERE NOT AS YET ASSEMBLED SO MY DELIVERY DATE WOULD HAVE TO BE CHANGED.

I would like to compliment two of your store's employees for a job that went beyond the limit concerning customer service. Store #17490-42709-11414 in Ardmore. OK. I bought a floor model Bissell Steam Cleaner about 3 months ago. It was a floor model but the one I wanted since my sister had one. It was a last year's model and came without instructions or box. I used it for the first time on Saturday and it didn't work. I took the cleaner back and told them the whole story. The returns clerk whose name was Lesley told me to wait a few moments as she left to get the assistant manager whose name was Jason. I was telling him the story again and before I could finish he stopped me and called someone from that dept to come to the front. When the employee got there, he instructed him to take me back to the dept and find a machine that was closet to that model and return to the returns desk. I was shocked to say the least. We fond a model that was exactly like the one I had purchased except that it was this year's model. I returned to the returns desk where they refunded the old one out and then resold me the new model. The assistant manager and returns clerk were very nice and went over and beyond making me feel that I was valued customer and thanked me for my business and apologized for me having to wait while the transactions were completed. Too bad all stores are not that professional and kind to customers. A very special thanks to Jason and Lesley for a job well done!!
Yesterday I went to the Lowes store in paducah ky at the Mall for some lumber. Store Code 04650-42909-33251. They had the lumber, but could't cut it to size. Said the machine was broke. An employee said all it needed was the plug fixed to the vacum. Bosses would'nt let him fix it. has been out of commision 2 weeks. I could go to the store on the South Side. Went there, same thing. The saw was out of commision. Nothing was really wrong with it, they couldn't use it. That's a hell of a way to run a business. Today I went to Home Depot, got my lumber and they cut it to size. Purchase was $98.36 today. They have a newer cutting machine anyway and did a great job. You should look into whats going on in these stores. I spent over 1/2 a day yesterday with Lowes. Needless to say I was pissed. Also told those men , after I finally got someone that that could make a decision, I would have this little conversation with you and let you know how your business is run!
I love shopping at Lowes! We always get the help we need and I find so many different things I didnt know they carried. I've always found if you treat people nice you get treated the same.
I just wanted to compliment store 06640-50109-20611 in Roanoke, Virginia. My husband and I were in the store this morning. We are both aged and infirm and were in wheel chairs, but as soon as we entered the store Arnold Schiers came forward and went far and beyond to help us. We had several items, (12) to purchase and he personally took us around and stayed with us during our entire shopping experience. If he hadnt have been there for us, we wouldn't have found anything and would have come home empty handed. After years of good use, my 1975 stove died, went to my local Lowes and started the look phase for a good deal. Went to store 01270-50709-05487 on 5/7/09 to buy two sheets of lattice, waited almost 30 to check out. then when I did get to the register I had to waite anothe 15 min for someone to come and do something to register so I coulkd get my Military discout. Have been to this store before and never have seen anyone smile, act friendly or acted as thought they wanted to help you. I guess I will be doing alot more shopping at Home Depot.
I purchased a natural gas Weber grill on 5/4/09 from the Daphne Alabama store. The salesman had no clue about the products. I did my research prior to purchase so I was informed. He also sold me a bag of ceramic briquettes saying I needed them....I did not! The grill cover was on sale and it rang up $13 more, I had to have a credit applied. Delivery was $79 for just a few miles. They were suppose to arrive between 8 - 12. The arrived near 3 PM. The whole day wasted! I asked for them to take the old grill (no gas attached). They didn't know if they could take it even though they advertise old appliances are picked up but with restrictions. The delivery people didn't even care to check if this was a restriction. I spent almost $600 at Lowe's store for this kind of service. This is NOT acceptable service. There are other stores that want my business and in the future will get it. Sorry Lowe's ...you failed! At my last visit to the giant new Lowes in Hicksville,N.Y., I was surprised to find that there was only one register to check out at. The self checkouts had long lines of people or were broken. I feel that there should have been more registers to check out at, manned by live people. This is the reason I don't go to Home Depot anymore.

Several months ago, there seemed to be a big "push" toward customer service and store employees couldn't be more helpful. It appears as though that policy is now over and the store has returned to their normal standard of lack-luster service. We bought an electric mower and hope that it works.
Apparently, any good efforts on the part of employees are not rewarded.

Went to store 06270-51309-35974n 5-13-09 to purchase 3/4 inch pressure treated plywood, needed 10 sheets. I went to the desk to ask for some help because there was only 8 sheets in the slot, after waiting about 30 minutes and asking a couple of other employees two gentelmen finally showed up and went to look for more plywood, returned about 15 minutes later to tell me that they didn't have anymore on the location. After waiting all of this time to find out a store of this size doesn't have any more in stock is rediculous. This slow service and out of stock conditions is what forces me to Home Depo even though it is a little out of the way. Talking to some of my other friends that uses allot of building material say that they almost refuse to frequent this store for the same reason that I had. What is up with this store?
First, I want to say that I have no family or friends that work at store code #28670-51809-14505. I just came from there and no matter where I went, I was asked if I needed any help finding anything. (No, I was not hounded), simply asked if I needed help. The store was SPOTLESS, uncluttered, and the shelves were stocked where the products were brought up front of the shelves. The lumber area even had the carts in the center of the walk ways.
What's best? I went to a new/larger store, "Menards" in Sandusky. the stores too damned big. A home improvement store doesn't need to sell pizza and milk.
I'm always happy to give good credit where credit is due. I'm also ready to give "constructive comments" where their needed.
I was very satisfied. If anyone has problems going to another Lowes store. Come to this one!

I went into lowe's today to made a payment. They had no problem taking my money. Happy to. Needless to say I will not go into that lowe's again. After paying my bill, I wanted some citronella candles. I ask a man that worked there where they were. He said "down that way in gardening. OK I looked there didn't see them. Ask a female employee where they were. She said "down by the torchs" I looked around and there were torchs everywhere. So I finally saw another employee and low and behold he took me to them. (Wish I got his name.) So I go to the reg. to pay for them. This young man ask for my phone number. I told him I didn't give out my phone number. So he fooled with the reg. a minute and then said he had to have my number and I said a little louder that I wasn't giving it to him. Well he said very low to me "will F--K you to". Fill in the blanks. Soon there were three people there trying to ring up my order without my number. The last one a lady said she was sorry for the wait and have a good day. I told her what the young man had said and I wouldn't be back. She said she would be taken care of it, meaning what the young man said. I am mad and a little hurt that I was treated that way. Don't your people go throw training, learn how to talk to people, and learn how to help them. Or do you just throw them out in the store and said go to work.

We were @ Lowes for Castlewall, were charged $1.98, we previously purchased about 200 @ 1.47. There was only one cashier in the garden center, went inside to pay, were told to go back outside and tell the cashier you need them loaded, we had to wait in a long line just to do that, waited, no one came, went looking for someone, found a nice lady and she said she would load them, got back up to the front (2) men employee's just standing there, we ask if they had the stone, he said yes, had them outside, told him a lady was loading some from inside, he never said anything, we ask him if he was going to help the lady or get them, he said no not if she was getting them. We still waited, finally the (2) men employees headed for the back and got them and loaded them in the car. As we were leaving we drove by the outside where the stones were and it had a price of $1.48. We parked the car went back inside to customer service and was told she would have to get someone to go look at the price. Finally we got a refund. It took 1 hour to purchase, get them loaded, and get a refund, this was too long. You need more then 1 cashier in the garden center and for them to follow up and see if we got our purchase. We are in your store 2 - 4 times per month since this store opened. You need to hire more people or train the ones you have better. This was at your Burleson, Tx store. GW

Visited Lowe's for the first time today. Store 24710-60209-12073 Bryant, Ar. Walked in, no one said a word to me. Was looking for a gas weed-eater. After looking for about 1/2 hour, found what I wanted {three employees walked by me at this time}. Nobody would or acted like they could help. I thought I was in HOME DEPOT!!!!!
Went into store #22780-60209-01200 & purchased $220 worth of wood & roofing. Asked cashier before she started ringing up my order that I would like help loading. Well she rang it up, I paid, then she calls for help to load it. I waited, and waited, and finally loaded it myself. Then went back into the store & told the clerk that Home Depot would get my net purchase. When the store first open they had great customer service but since has gotten worse. My wife used the restroom that night & it was dirty.

Store code: 23090-60509-20139 So I went to Lowes to get some Topsoil.Ect in garden center, The kid named Dunhurst and the Mgr. Wayne were most helpfull and helped load the car. The garden center is most efficient as everything is in easy acess of consumer and all plants r in top shape. By the way the top soil is extremely rich. I recently being in a hurry picked up 6 bags at the "Evil Empire" competitor and it was way to dry & almost gravel like. So once again because of help like Dunhurst and Wayne I went to Lowes. (The Evil Empire has a few good help in certain depts. but Lowes has ALL good help especially in their garden center. (Good enough 4 me to type this but remember its the one on 12000 W. Burleigh so go there 4 great service),
i went all over the place trying tofind parts for some faucets that were 16 yrs old and i finally decieded to try lowes even through its 15 miles away and to my surprise i found all the parts i needed and the guy that help me spent over an hour with me. friendly place clean and no pallets blocking the isle not like home depot a real down hill company. i don't know how they stay in business.

The associate at the store that we purchased the order at ensured us we'd have our order nlt than 6/11 but it is now 6/13 and we still haven't received the order. It appears it is still in process.................not shipped. Not happy as we are trying to sell our home and we've already pre-drilled the cabinets.
