I will admit, I was very skeptical at first. How can laying under a light for 20 minutes really make that dramatic of a difference. So after applying a cream to my face, I lay on this massage table, pull a light over my face and press a button. Sometime during my 20 minute massage I was so relaxed I passed out. Did I mention the soothing meditation music they had playing. So there I was conked out, and the light turns off, startling me awake.

I get up and put the 3rd step on my skin and head to the rest room. I couldn't believe it, my skin was so smooth and glowing! My Oily-acne pron skin was glowing and not greasy looking! That was it I was hooked!

A little more about the process, the 20 minute session cost me $50 at the local Contempo Spa. They recommended that I did the process 3 times a week the first week and once a week after that. I am starting on the Clearing Regime and then following up with Repairing to help reduce the scars on my face. Repairing also helps to prevent wrinkles! If you do not worry about pimples or Scars they have a anti aging one.

Apparently your skin reacts to the light causing a natural repairing process. The light will not tan your face as it is LED lights however it is recommended to wear tanning goggles as the light is very bright.
