Everything is rushing towards

the center.

The earth, the stars, the time.

I am again a single cell

that I have been.

Time’s Lust for life

A short amble through the Van Gogh’s pastures, lustrous in chrome,

dust is leaving some patches on his trousers; all he can

dream is, warm water, detergent powder and a bath soap.

The shadows of crows are screaming towards four directions.

He should be back to his home by now; but instead the walk

lengthens itself, passes the woolen gold of farmer’s dream.

The breeze is breathing through foliages, always busy.

He cannot leave these, leave this life or even a cold wife

who presently is busy, half a mile away, over

a pot of humble mid of the month stew, dropping sweats.

And everything is rocking by time’s soft, timeless lullaby.

I felt like I was sitting on a porch, in a comfortable rocking chair, with a well-worn book of Van Gogh images..rocking to the rhythm of " times soft, timeless lullaby ".........love that ending....Thanks, Larry
