When you are trying to discover a good MLM lead the big question is what type of a person are you really looking for and how do you convert that person once you find him or her. There are millions of people out there who would be willing to sit down and listen to your pitch.Are they interested in building a business? No. They just want to talk and they are lonely. You also need people who can talk to other people. Introverts do not do well in network marketing because it is a people game. You have to be able to connect with people and get them to like you and trust you if you are going to be successful. A lot of people do not like to approach strangers and talk to them. This is OK as long as they can get over their fear and start to feel more comfortable with people. They don't need to be completely comfortable because a little bit of nervousness adds a sharpness to the presentation.

Great performers always have a few butterflies in their stomachs before they go one stage.  It is the same with a good sales person or someone talking to a network marketing lead.  You need to be on your best game and this is accomplished by having a little nervous energy.  If you aren't a little nevous then your mlm lead script comes off a little bit flat.  Find that extra emotion that can be tapped into when you adrenalin is running

What could be the worst person for a MLM lead?  A person who is looking for a get rich quick scheme.  If you sign these types of people you and they will be very disappointed.

If they do decide to try their hand at the business they will not be able to do anything unless you specifically make them do it.   These people are looking for a quick way to get rich because they are not willing to work to get what they want.  They won't get anything done without prodding because they don't make the connection.
