MLM this word continues to boggle people. Okay someone did ask me the other day what is MLM? Short for Multi Level Marketing - we need to understand the concept of MLM.

Firstly the concept would have to be one of the fastest business growths today. Its not an industry but a marketing method for moving products from point A to Point B. Going back to the early 80's it spread like wildfire with Amway and the likes of Mary Kaye then the 90's came and the word pyramid appeared which is illegal as they usually have no product but did some major damage to many mlm business's back then with that stigma. Today many are versed and educated in MLM which flourishes to this day in its full glory now in the 21st century and is the wave of the future.

Multi Level Marketing moves products through sponsoring or recruiting relationship built business orientated people keen to run their own business online or offline and earn residual income not like the the ones that dont understand they just recruited anybody - not good. In MLM you are in business for yourself. Online you purchase a system that works for you and that you can share with someone else also keen to set up online. (Offline -You purchase products directly from a wholesaler at wholesale prices)

Products need to be moved from Point A to Point B. By leading by example you obviously use and experience your products through personal consumption and you can also sell them on at a retail price for profit. Its really your choice. You do not have to sell at at retail to make a profit again depending on the company.

Results come when building a large downline dealing directly with a team of people sponsored directly on your front line whom predominantly share the same interest as you. Each individual that likes what you have will also share the product/system/ with their friends and family and they too will only deal directly with their frontline. This becomes a team and then eventually a network and it continues to grow into and organization.

Its like a funnel and again depends on how many depths or levels of sponsorship which can also be unlimited. When you recruit someone you direct them to support and training to help them also build their business online.

Depending on how your particular program is set up, you are financially compensated for every person and the product they move. Again make sure you read up well on the compensation plans offered.

Purchasing consumables from your own friend rather than the upper chain dept stores is really your choice. If you do that friend gets paid a percentage and this is a chain reaction in depth again depending on the compensation plan.

Residual Income is the power of many mlm programs. As they say you get paid for your own effort that you alone put into your very own business online.
