In this article I will explain how to identify your skin type so that you can easily know what kind of moisturizer will work for you.

A friend of mine who is a beautician taught me how to do it and I will tell you how right now.

It is very simple. Just do the following;

- First wash your face with a mild soap or cleanser.

- Then rinse with fresh water and pat dry.

- Do not apply anything yet.

- Wait for 30 minutes and observe what happens.

> If after about 30 minutes your skin feels like its pulling then you have a dry skin.

> Press a tissue against your face and if oily spots are on it then you have an oily skin

. > If your skin feels just comfortable and does not react in either of the above then you have a normal skin.

> If the tissue shows only oily spots down the centre panel then you have a combination skin. For combination skin a lotion is suitable.
