Welcome to our second newsletter. In this newsletter, you will learn about our company progress and some more policies, August redemption program, car saving tips and getting peak at some of the sales for the month of August.

June was a very successful month, for being the first month and just trying to get word of mouth out. We had an average of about 14 customers per day. We are ranked number 3 for GOOGLE.com Search engine. Yahoo and MSN has not yet Index us yet. So what does that mean? Well that means if someone goes to one of the search engines and enters certain key words or portion of the site’s name the site can actually appear… This is great news. However, be sure and keep spreading the word. Spreading the word well entitle you to rewards, we will discuss this more in a bit. We have gotten so reports from our tects of Error code 401. This means page not found. Therefore, if anyone has trouble loading the website or any page on the website please report it to Customer Service immediately at 734-369-4720. If you do so, you will be put into a drawing to win a prize. We are just wanting to get the site up and running smoothly. We currently have 16 subscribers to this newsletter. Lets keep getting the word out there. Our customer rating score for the month of June is 84.625% so you guys are giving a B. That is good, Thanks. On July 9, we had our first customer appreciation party and it was very successful 66% of the people invited showed up. Very good feedback from this party. We are thinking of having an END OF SUMMER CUSTOMER APPRECIATION PARTY in August around the 30th more information coming soon.

POLICIES as we get going we learn stuff every day. We are able to expect products back for a good reason cause within 7 days with no penalty to you… After 7 days (unless defected) you may be subject to a Re Shipping fee these policies are set by our suppliers not us. BIGGER IS BETTER PROGRAM. We are launching a new points program. How it works is… Spend so much money in a 3-month period, which is called a quarter. Quarters will run August 1st - Oct 31st , Nov 1st - Jan 31st Feb 1-April 30th , May 1st -July 31st . Level A spends $75.00 and earns 2% off a single item. Level B Spend 150.00 earn 2% 1 entire order up to $10.00 off Level C Spend $300.00 earn 5% off one item. (Not to exceed $15.00) Level D spend $500 or more and earns a chance to win $20.00 in store credit. You will be granted this special reward 15 days following the end of the quarter. Example you accumulated $75.00 by the end of October. You will receive you compound by November 15. REFER A FRIEND. FOR EVERY FRIEND YOU REFER IN A QUARTER EARN AN EXTRA 0.01% DISCOUNT TOWARD YOUR END OF QUARTER DISCOUNT. (MAX TOTAL SAVINGS NOT TO EXCEED $20.00) For every five customers per month you refer you will receive a special discount offer.


New information. We have been able to revamp our shipping cost but in an effort to do this we have had to make some price changes. Effective now the cash discount may limited due to us taking a shipping discount oppose to a cash discount from our vendors. Look out during August we getting access to more items. As we speak, we are accepting new vendors everyday. During the month of August, we will be adding bedding and Christmas products to our site. As of 7-21-09, John Sutton joined Avon to better enhance the prices of Avon products. However, under Avon rules we cannot sell Avon items at johnsuttonecommerce.com so to order Avon products you will have to go to www.avon.com/johnsutton there you will be able to order Avon products. Maintaining your vehicles tires is a vital step in helping save that precious gold in your fuel tank. Keeping your tires inflated to the manufactures specification will undoubtedly save you a few more pennies at the pump.
