MTV's The Gauntlet III Episode Episode 7 What Goes Around

Competition Day
It's a girl Gauntlet Day and those Vet boys are still scheming. They know they need to lose the challenge today in order to lose some of the girls on their team that they think will hold them back in the final mission; namely Katie.
After hearing many of these sneaky conversations, Coral confront Evan, her former Fresh Meat partner. Coral brought Evan into these challenges and really got to know him as a good friend, and now Coral is questioning not only Evan's loyalty to her in these challenges but the personal friendship she thought she shared with Evan. We've never seen Coral this weak and vulnerable. She's used to being the boss in these challenges, but again, as we're seeing, perhaps she's cross one too many people in her lengthy challenge history, and those rookies who she was used to eliminating are now part of her Rookie team. It's a whole new generation of competitors and Coral's Fresh Meat competitors are all grown up, and trying to send HER packing. Evan assures Coral that he is her friend, but Coral (nor anybody else) seems to believe it.
At the challenge, the Vet guys learn that it won't be too difficult to throw the mission today, since Rookies have an advantage in their smaller size. One by one each member of the Rookies and Vets has to walk out onto a plank over the top of a 25-story building, climb down a rope ladder, retrieve a flag, and return to the top of the building. The team that has all of their members complete this in the least amount of time will win.
The Vet girls think they get an advantage when Rookie Rachel slips and loses grip of the ladder, disqualifying her and placing her time at 15 minutes. Where is all this army training at Rachel? Knowing that now just a slow time will not be enough to secure a Rookie victory, the Vet guys know they have to have someone fall. CT, who's never afraid of being honest in these games, fakes a slip. He's not the best actor, and the Vet girls know immediately what's up. Suprisingly, little Casey, who lost a Fresh Meat challenge for Wes because she wouldn't jump 4 stories, seems to have conquered her fear of heights. She climbs out onto the platform and climbs down the ladder with seemingly little qualms. Katie, on the other hand, who is also afraid of heights, chooses to just not participate and disqualify herself, securing a Rookie victory. "What's the point?" she said. She knows another guy will just fall on purpose to throw the mission, so there's no point in doing what she's afraid of. She says she'd rather go into the gauntlet.
PIECE
Going along with Ev's plan, and in an effort to shake things up and put in the strongest girl competitor, the Rookies send Ev into the gauntlet.
Before the Vets head in to deliberation to "decide" who will go against Ev, Coral announces that she leaving the show. Coral feels hurt that her teammates are trying to get rid of her and "eliminate all the chicks." What a punk move Coral! She has to chance to prove that she's all talk. If she was half the badass she proclaims to be, she wouldn't care that the team was trying to get rid of her. She'd compete against Ev in the Gauntlet, and shove it in all her team member's faces that she's still here. Instead, the Vet guys will get rid of 2 girls as they still have to pick someone to go against Ev.
The Vets take the entire time to deliberate and still no one says anyone else's name. Finally, Casey admits that she will be less valuable in future challenges than the rest of the girl Vets and she sacrifices herself to go to the gauntlet.
Ev and Casey spin the wheel and it lands on Ball Brawl. Ev easily beats Casey, walks all over her, is more like it. Ev, in respect for what Casey did for the team, lets Casey win one of the balls.
During the obligatory party night between the challenges, the underestimated Frank accidentally twists or breaks Kenny's ankle while they "fake" wrestle. After a short trip to the hospital, Kenny puts on a tough face for the challenge the following day, "Mexican Blanket." The challenge consists of both teams being wrapped in burrito-style in Mexican blankets. The teams have to roll into the other team's end zone. The first team with all of their players to make it across the sand into the other team's endzone, wins the challenge. Again, the Vets are at a disadvantage because they have more players to get across to the other side. The veterans manage to use their numbers to their advantage, however, by using their extra players to blockade the Rookies and prevent them from getting to the other side. The Vets barely put out the win leaving the Rookies frustrated and annoyed that they will lose yet another guy in the day's gauntlet.
The Vets choose to send Nehemiah into the Gauntlet, and the teams chooses to send in Ryan. The two compete in Ram it Home. For Nehemiah's commanding size over Ryan, he seems to have a difficult time defeating Ryan in the Gaunlet. After a back and forth struggle, Nehemiah finally pulls out a victory and sends Ryan home. Ryan leaves his Rookie team with only 2 men, Frank and Nehemiah, left, and the wish that the Rookie team triumphs in the end.
Looking forward to the next challenge, Katie vows that if the Vet guys throw the next girl's gauntlet challenge, she will do the same back to them.
