68My favorite animal is bird.
Bird is my favorite animal. I have cared some bird in my house. Unfortunately, some bird died because of my careless. My bird had sick and then died. Today I have no bird in my house.
Why I like bird? I have some reason why I love bird.
1. Bird has beautiful feather
Some bird has beautiful feather that could entertain our eyes. Bird has some various colors like blue, red, green and metallic. The most beautiful bird is peacock. The cock has beautiful green long tail. The Hindu believes that bird is reincarnation of God.
Peacock feather is beautiful ornament for your house too. Some tribe also uses it for traditional custom. In World War I, Australian Horseman Infantry use it for their unit identity.
In Australian and Papua, we can see Paradise bird (Paradisae apoda). They have golden yellow tail. They sing at tropical forest. Unfortunately, the population is increasing. People hunt this bird for merchandize.
2. Bird could talking and singing
Some bird could talk like mynah, parrot, and cockatoo. Grey Parrot has much vocabulary that will entertain us. In my country, Great Mynah could sing Indonesian national anthem. This clever bird is very cheap.
In Australia, a bird could mimic ambulance sound. I see the bird also could mimic camera blitz.
The bird singing could relax your head too. After work in office, you could enjoy a nice sound form your bird.
3. Bird gives us food supply
We can take care of bird for food. Bird gives us meat and egg that contain great nutritious. You can eat or sell meat or eggs. Take care of some chicken in your backyard; you will get eggs and meat.
If you want get some meat fast, you should care pigeon. In one year, you can get abundant food supply. Certainly, you should diligent to take care of it.
You can use the feces for flowerpot. The manure could replace fertilizer function. The manure is also free from chemical.
You will get some benefit if you take care of bird. You should give best keeping, so the bird will be happy live with you.
4. Bird could be a good friend
Some bird could be your friend, if you take care of it well. I had a parrot that sits in my hand. We can care some bulbul in my house. In my hometown, people let bulbul find the food at the tree. In the afternoon, the bird will back to the cage.
