I was wondering if anyone has a recipe similar to to the Pollo Magro "Skinny Chicken" at Romano's Macaroni Grill.

Recipe for a dish Macaroni Grill used to serve called San Marino, was my fav. It haded grillled chicken breast and a creamy mustard sauce w sundried tomatoes over orzo pasta and skewered shrimp on top.
Toney, I finally got a copycat recipe of Macaroni Grill Toscana Soup that really tastes like the real deal. I hope you like it as much as I did.

I think the only ingredient missing in the Toscana soup is rosemary. Add just a scant amount; I know I taste it in the soup at the restaurant. Thanks for the great website--I'm bookmarking it.
I love the marinated veggies. Seems simple, but I've not been able to figure it out. It's been 9 years since I had them, but they left an impression on me. Does anyone have a recipe for them?
