McDonalds Nutrition
84I must admit when I first heard about McDonalds nutrition, I nearly wet myself laughing. I mean come on, McDonalds and nutrition are just a not bedfellows, they don't go together, it's like talking about Mike Tyson and fluffy bunnies. There is just no way should that McDonalds and nutrition be mentioned in the same sentence. But here I am speaking about McDonalds and nutrition in the same sentence. And how many times have I mentioned them together in the last paragraph. McDonalds nutrition, there you go, I’ve just done it again. So what is it about the combination of these two words that is driving me demented? McDonalds was opened in the first place to fulfil a business desire of a guy called Ray Kroc. I know about the McDonald brothers, forget about them, they opened one restaurant. Kroc was the one who made McDonalds is what it is today, serving junk food to almost 50,000,000 people.
McDonalds Nutrition
He opened his turn key business which meant that they serve your food your drinks everything all the same way, every time. A burger was the same in New York as a burger was in London. French fries were the same in McDonalds Paris as they were in McDonalds Houston Texas. That's the idea.
Here I go again, McDonalds and nutrition were never meant to go together. It just wasn't in the cards because it was a business idea. A great business idea for Kroc, don’t get me wrong. But here's why I think the whole thing is wrong. There has been so much bad press in the media, from health officials, and anyone who gives a damn about health in general, about junk food lately, and obesity, and all about fat people eating too much junk food, that companies like McDonalds have had to change their menus to a certain degree. That doesn't mean that they're going to stop selling crappy meat sandwiches, or fat loaded deep fried twigs of potatoe, or sugar loaded, fizzy, flavored water. No, on the contrary, what they will now be doing is offering a healthy menu, full of nutrition. So what are McDonalds nutrition facts? You have a look.
First its awful hard to get a hold of any information about McDonalds nutrition, you have to search the web deep and wide. I've come across websites on McDonalds addiction, how someone became addicted to 5 big macs a day. Just how someone can become addicted to McDonalds...Grossss! There is also a website that mentions McDonalds nutrition facts, and the first thing that comes up is fats and calories.
Look, I can’t be bothered wasting my time looking any more, its just not worth it cause if I find any info, I am just not gonna believe it. I'm just saying that when I think of McDonalds, nutrition does not come into my mind. The definition of nutrition is the process of taking in and absorbing nutrients, or the process of being nourished. That's nutrition! With McDonalds all you get is the process of stuffing your face with fatty foods and sugary water, where is the nutrition. As you can see by this post that I do not like McDonalds. I don't like what they stand for, and I don't like what they are doing to our children. And I don't like what parents are doing to their children by taking them to eat at McDonalds. It's ridiculous. McDonald's nutrition...BLAHH!!!
Oh and by the way, if you are eating this stuff regularly...when you do get sick because you're turning into a big mac and fries, don't blame Ronald - he didn't make you go into his place and force that killer stuff down your throat...you did that all by yourself...unless your a kid...then it was DADDY AND MOMMY.
