Mafia Wars collections are a fantastic way of snatching up some extra bonuses that you can use to fleece your competition.   The collection rewards are specific a tier and can only be found on that tier.

In Mafia Wars, there are several job tiers that need to be completed  by consuming certain amount of energy. Once the collection is completed, you stash it away in your vault it and grab yourself a bonus increase either in health, energy, stamina, attack and defense—the stuff that you need to make you a top dog mafia member!  Complete the vault several times and you will get an instant boost from the collected item!

Job Tier Name: Street Thug
Job: Diamond Flush
Items: (Eight of Diamonds, Nine of Diamonds, Ten of Diamonds, Jack of Diamonds, Queen of Diamonds, King of Diamonds and Ace of Diamonds)
1st Vault: +1 energy
2nd Vault onwards: Trip wire (+10 fight defense skill)

In the New York mission, this is the first job. The collection items in this unit are obtained from the diamond deck of playing cards. After the diamond deck player cards are completed and store in the vault, you receive your energy increase. It's advisable to complete the cards again and to get a trip wire. You will get an instant increase in defense skill from the trip wire.

1st Vault: +7 energy

Items: Amethyst Ring, Topaz Ring, Opal Ring, Ruby Ring, Emerald Ring, Sapphire Ring, Diamond Ring
1st Vault: +4 defense
2nd Vault onwards: Blue prints (-10 job energy costs)

Keep in mind that the Ring collection can only be obtained at the Hitman job tier. Each job in the tier randomly generates gem stone rings. You will get 4 points increase in defense If completed and vaulted. Give a diamond ring to a player that is below level 8 and the “That’s Amore” achievement can also be claimed. Vault the collection again and get blue prints. The big tip here is that it lowers the costs of completing a job.

The Cuff links collection is an essential part of the Mafia Wars Collection. Collect the cuff links that are common to a mans suit. Ten points are earned plus a boost in health by completing this collection. Rinse and repeat-get a boost for its completion the second time and get a Corporate Muscle which increases your attack skill by 35 points!

The Great Race Horses collection is made available advancing to higher levels. The collection items are named after famous race horses. You are allowed to complete the seven horses again to gain an additional seven energy points. Repeat again to obtain the coveted inside tip, which assist you by spending less energy on completing jobs.
