Bukisa: What Is It?
63A Way to Earn Extra Cash
Making money online is a dream for a lot of people. It doesn't have to be a dream, though. To many, it's a reality. There are many scams out there that you have to be careful of when you set out on your journey to find income online, but it's definitely worth it to keep searching and keep trying. I've been a freelance writer since 2005 and have stayed away from content submissions sites that promised residual income for fear that all the hard work of writing and submitting my work would be in vain. Out of curiosity, and the urging of my writing friends, I decided to try out such sites. These include HubPages, Squidoo and eHow and I'm making money from all of these but today I want to focus on Bukisa. This is the latest site I've decided to experiment with and it's the one that has amazed me the most! I signed up and submitted ONE article - with the good intentions of submitting more as soon as I had time. I shared the fact that I had joined Bukisa (along with the referral link) and decided I had written enough for one day and called it a night. The next morning I was shocked when I logged in and had not only earned income from that one article, but that others had signed up through my affiliate link - and they were earning money, too! I was very happy! Even better, the next day I signed in and found that the ones who had signed up under me already had people signed up under them! I've since submitted two more articles and have plans of continuing to submit as many as I can as often as possible. It's crazy, but it's working! Learn how you can make money at Bukisa, too...
Ways to Make Money at Bukisa
Making money at Bukisa is proving to be fairly easy. All you have to do is go to Bukisa.com and sign up for a free account. And then get busy submitting the following..
- Articles or recipes. (If you submit something that is already published on the web somewhere, be sure to give it a fresh, revised title as well as a new summary. Freshen up the piece as well to really make it search engine friendly.)
- Audio
- Video
- Slides
- Photos
Just be sure whatever you submit is from your own creativity - and not someone else's. Search the site to see if anyone has already published a title you've thought of and make sure you publish something fresh. Be respectful of other members.
Ways to increase your income with Bukisa:
- Rate and comment on others' work. Most times, if not every time, they'll return the favor. I'm finding this to be fruitful.
- Add significant tags and titles and use keywords someone might search for on the Internet. Don't overstuff your article with them, though. Make your work flow naturally like a conversation you might have with a friend.
- Take advantage of your affiliate link and encourage others to sign up. When those who sign up using your affiliate link earn money, you'll earn money, too. And when they gain referrals, you'll earn from them, too! This is a three-tier system.
What are you waiting for? Sign up and start earning with Bukisa!

Hi Lissie! Like HubPages, Bukisa is based on residuals. It sounds too good to be true, but I started earning the first day! So, no, you're not paid a specific amount per submission, but I just checked and my earnings have gone up again already. I'm loving it!
Hope that helps!
Thanks so much for your question and comment. :-)

Hi Michele,
Great hub! I reserved a similar name but left it in draft and am planning to release it after my 30 day Bukisa experiment.
Hope you do really well with it!
Cheers,
Dana
Thanks, Dana! And the same to you! (I've noticed lots of us writers are writing about Bukisa.) I'm loving it there, aren't you?! :-)

Hi Michele. Yes, I love how fast the earnings are starting to add up. Hope this keeps up!
Hi Dana! I do too - it's fantabulous! :-)

That's interesting - I didn't start earning as fast as everyone said but I don't think I stuck with it long enough.
Oh, I'm earning over there but I never added anymore articles and would have earned more like the others had I stayed active on Bukisa. I'm still planning on participating more over there, though.

Can you give us the details on how to you earn income: do they per an item, per certain amount of traffic?
