Make Money with Backlinks
72Make Money Online Using Backlinks
When you create a HubPage or write a blog post on one of your blogs or do any other kind of online writing, it is always a good idea to create backlinks to your work. A backlink is a link from another website to your own web property. For instance, you can write an article in EzineArticles.com and link back to one of your articles or blog posts.
The only problem with a site like EzineArticles.com is that you don’t earn any money from the articles that you write there. Rather, the owners of EzineArticles.com keep all of the ad revenues from Google Adsense (and any other advertising that they do). (This is not to say you should not write articles for backlinks on EzineArticles because you will still reap many benefits from doing so, only that you cannot earn money from EzineArticles.com).
If you have A Google Adsense Publisher I.D. (so that you can include Google advertising on your own blogs, for example), you can also make money on some of the sites where you create backlinks to your blog posts and articles. Read on to learn more.

Backlink from HubPages, InfoBarrel and Xomba to Make Money
If you remain a Hub writer in good standing on HubPages, you can link from HubPages to your blog posts and other web properties and you can earn money from your Hubs in the process. HubPages is a very reputable site that has been around for a long time and has a lot of Google respect. Think of every page you write (including monetized sites that provide you with backlinks to your other sites) as one of your own “web properties.” You will split the Adsense revenues with HubPages, but the portion you receive is very generous. The Google Page Rank for HubPages at the time of this Hub’s publication is 6, which is a very respectable page rank.
InfoBarrel is a newer monetized site that splits Google Adsense revenues with its writers. You are allowed to include two “self serving” links to your other web properties in each of your InfoBarrel articles. As a newer (but growing) site, the Google Page Rank of InfoBarrel is only 4, but that number is likely to increase over time, and your articles will probably earn more over the course of time.
You can write shorter articles known as “Xomblurbs” backlinking to your online articles or webposts and split the Google Adsense earnings with Xomba.com. These are not very difficult to write, and are certainly well worth your time and effort. At present, the Google Page Rank of Xomba.com is 5, which is very strong indeed.
Write for SheToldMe.com To Earn 100% of the Adsense Revenue Earnings
SheToldMe.com is another site from which you can backlink to your other articles and blog posts. SheToldMe is a younger site, and at the present time it only has a Google Page Rank of 3, but that number is likely to increase as the site matures and the amount of content increases. Create short articles (similar to Xomblurbs) and link from them to your articles. The best thing about SheToldMe.com is that you do not split the Adsense revenue with the owners of the site. You keep 100% of it!
Another more generalized tip about backlinking:The minute you publish a piece of online writing, whether it is an online article or a blog post, you will want to do the bulk of your backlinking right away. If you get your backlinking out of the way right from the outset, you won't have to worry about backlinking to articles and blog posts you wrote a while back at a later time or date.
