30% of searches on Google are looking for People related stuff

The People Search industry has become very large as of late. From people trying to find friends, loved ones and old classmates, people want to find people, they want to connect with someone. There is also a large surge in family history and finding out more about our kindred dead. So what does it say when you see a stat like 30% of searches on Google are looking for People related things? What it says to me is that this is something that people want and there is a lot of opportunity.

How many of you like to be around people? I would think that most of you do. Do you have family, friends and people that you are close to? I am sure you do. What about people you have just met? Do you really know who they are or what they are really about. These are some of the questions that people have.

I had been surfing the net looking for the next big thing, tired of my current financial condition and looking for something better. I ended up joining another program and as I was trying to figure this new program out I happened upon ACME People Search. I am not sure why I was attracted to it but I was. They had a people search program in which you could have your own people search engine and people could come a find out about peoples backgrounds, they could look up info from a persons name and other people related stuff. I was interested in that for some reason and looked into it further.

I was not aware of the adventure that lay before me as I walked down the APS path. The most impressive thing I noticed at first was the ACME People Search forum. There are people helping people in this forum to succeed. I had not seen that anywhere else on the net. I got so tired of getting autoresponder garbage that I had forgotten about the personal touch. I remember posting my first question and the vultures were out and they began to circle my post and one after one the responses came in. Helpful, insightful and sometimes down right funny. I began to spend a lot of time in the forum and to post and help others like I had been helped. I had a few experiences and saw people that were now going through what I went through. The beauty behind the forum is the help mentality.

I just recently became a Super Sponsor with APS and have loved being able to help others. Tissa Godavitarne, the APS founder has created a oasis here on the internet. A place where the weary traveler can come and feel at home.
