I share a deal more 
Today, and continuing to share a few ideas I have and for which I have time, I talk about an idea for a business model that I have more than a year. Unfortunately ever put into practice, but because you think has potential, I will share it here for those who want to get the idea. 

Bring people "street" to the Internet 

This my idea is somewhat similar to the ShoeMoney (recommend to read the beautiful post), but works in reverse. That is, while the ShoeMoney or develop programs for members with local businesses find customers and then the Internet, my idea is precisely the opposite, bringing people "street" and make money with affiliate programs for the Internet. In my particular case with the eBay affiliate program for as no surprise to. 

Teaching people to buy and sell on eBay 

As you know, the eBay affiliate program to pay anything from 16 € per person that we put on eBay. This is my business to find people "normal" in the streets, who do not read blogs, not webmasters, which should not even know what an affiliate program, and put them on eBay to receive such 16 €. The idea is simple implementation and can be applied in various ways. 

Free Course 

One possibility would be to publicize the offer of a FREE course of X hours (can be 2 to 4 hours), which teach people to Sign up with eBay and Paypal, to make a bid, and a thing for sale. Who does not like to learn to buy and sell on eBay if the course was simple and free? 

The "training course" could be advertised to the local shops through flyers or any other kind of initiative. The course is free and we will win with the 16 € that eBay paid. Thus, a "class" of 30 students would be the revenue of 320 € for a few hours of work. I do not think the course itself to be complicated, for example, just a few videos and Powerpoint presentation or a little more. 

Schools of informatics 

Another possibility for this business is an "association" with local school of computing. These schools generally have teachers (which they are usually well paid), and have the "students". In this case our job is to convince schools to let us add, for free, plus a lesson to the course. " Unlike the other teachers of the school you do not want to be paid 

This model is even better than the first because it is not necessary to solicit customers or find a space. Your job is only to show the class and receive after eBay. 

Internet Customers 

Potential customers are not restricted however to the people "street" can also "capture" customers on the Internet. People who liked to know before buying and selling on eBay. Here the capture of customers could be made with an AdWords campaign with an announcement of the style: 


To this we must add a landing page that captures the name, city, email and phone stakeholders. I do not believe that the cost of capturing each person was very high, always less than 1 € each person. 

With the penetration rate of the eBay Portugal still very low, I think this is a very interesting business for people with the right profile. This business has other options besides those already mentioned here. For example, can then make an "Upsell" free of tuition paid for a more detailed way. Or may even sell an ebook with more information, this course since the course free and we won the € 16 per person. 

As you can see with this example, there are many ways to make money on the internet, and not all are on the computer.
