Mix up a batch of these and slow down the aging process

We all know that toner is used during our skin care regimen and is known to remove excess oils, makeup, and even dirt. Studies have been showing lately that the more natural products we use on our bodies the less toxins we will put in our throughout our lifetime.

Face it-there are many factors out there that can damage our skin and allow toxins to enter our bodies such as environmental factors, including toxins and chemicals that we put on our bodies everyday from lotions, makeup etc. The #1 way we can try and prevent toxins from entering our bodies is to try and use products that are naturally based such as the home Honey Oatmeal Facial which is made from all natural products that you can consume.

You know what they say--Whatever you put on your skin gets absorbed into your bloodstream. If that is the case, then wouldn't you want to put something healthy and safe that you could even consume? I guarantee you, that you probably won't eat the moisturizer or drink the toner that you use at home now...just a guess.

Blueberry Toner

3 tablespoons of steamed, crushed blueberries

1/2 cup of sour cream/plain yogurt

Directions: Mix ingredients in a blender at low speed. Do so until ingredients are well mixed and the end result is fluffy. Apply to your face and neck in circular motions. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off with warm water. You can refrigerate the toner to make it less runny but it is up to you and will be beneficial to your skin either way.
