Want to add value to your home?

Mostly, we think of house renovations, adding a new extension, a new designer bathroom or kitchen, but why not think of changing the look of your garden? Good landscape designers have an eye for clever ways to play down the worst aspects of a garden while making the most of its best features that will enhance and complement the architecture of your home.

Think of your garden as an extension of your home, a place to relax and enjoy nature at its best. Make your garden come alive. Encourage birds into your garden. Create an area that will give them the confidence to nest. You will not regret it when you begin to ‘notice’ nature changing in your very own garden. We have over twenty-five varieties of birds visit our garden. A family of owls has taken up permanent residence in a corner stand of Araucarias. A golden oriole has brought his mate along.

There’s no end to the traffic. I have been hearing some very noisy chatter as well around five thirty or six in the evening. We also have a few visits from those slithering types in search of small prey. Worried that the racket was the sighting of one of these I looked in to investigate. No such luck, just that some of them had noticed the owls and was intent in chasing them off. The owls looked bored and stay put every day allowing them to continue with their meeting.

Zsuzsy, I don't think it's a good idea. If you have a lap top maybe. Do you have space for a gazebo?

Thanks for dropping by and your comment,

Best regards,

Sylvia
