Ok, admit it. We all KNOW the sexy thin model standing by the vacuum cleaner is NOT going to make vacuuming any easier, or more fun. Neither is she likely to show up and do it FOR us.

But we buy her vacuum cleaner anyway, while ignoring the fact that her machine breaks down at a high rate, doesn't pick up very much, and "Brand B" (with no sexy model) has a much better performance and warranty.

Sex sells. So does, "easy." And "free."

Look at these Google monthly searches for the exact following phrases:

"Free Money" -- 9.5 million
"Easy Profits" -- 100,000

No wonder unscrupulous marketers sell so much crap. What a huge market! Well, at least with "easy profits" there is a HINT of work involved.

Yes, its true ... we all get seduced by the dream of NO work, and LOTS of money on the internet ... for FREE.

Don't be stupid.

Let me reframe this a bit. You CAN make quite a bit of money, for relatively LITTLE effort. But for some reason, once we get that magic idea in our head that just around the corner is a technique or tool that will eliminate all work and pour tons of cash into our bank account ... well .. face it, we're doomed.

Backstroke. How about this.

If you are willing to:

-- FOLLOW A PROVEN STRATEGY
-- PUT IN 30-60 MINUTES OF NON-SEXY WORK A DAY
-- PERSIST FOR 3 MONTHS

You will start making money online. Maybe even a lot, if you pick the right niche.

Yeah, but that isn't "sexy," is it? I know, because I have violated my own principles and knowledge when it comes to this.

I am a pretty smart guy, and after thrashing around like every newbie I educated myself, settled down, and started building some internet real-estate, and organic search engine traffic (Google) using tried and proven approaches.

And you know what? It worked. I got ranked in the Top 10 in Google for a number of my keyword phrases. Then I got seduced by the lure of FAST and EASY and FREE again, and wasted some money .... only to be jerked back into reality by the fact that my "unsexy" earlier efforts WERE bringing in income ... and my "hit 'em fast and hard" efforts were pushing my money out the door faster than a professional manure shoveler.

So .... what I have come back to is this--there ARE techniques and tools that can radically make my life easier in building internet real-estate that Google likes and ranks. These are worth spending money on, and the others are not.

That simple.

How can I go into a niche, build a website quickly (because lets face it, building a website is not sexy at all), and start DRIVING TRAFFIC TO IT (which is here the real money is.)

And .... how can I get the FLEXIBILITY to build appropriate websites in almost any niche I choose ... within minutes ....

And .... how can I make sure that Google will LOVE my new websites? Because "if Google ain't happy, NOBODY is happy." (sorry, Mom.)

Of course, I can outsource all of this, for not too much cash ... but they will never build quite what I would build, and the website doesn't have my soul in it. Maybe I personalize this whole process too much, but thats the way I feel about it.

However, the money is NOT in the website, per se, but in the traffic. So build fast is the way to go. Templates. Yeah.

I have looked at a lot of different templating sources. You can certainly download plenty of free HTML and CSS website templates from online. The problem is, they aren't designed to create income, and keep Google happy.

There are also some REALLY FAST ways to set up websites using certain templates that give you the actual website, for sure ... just no traffic ... and, um, Google does NOT love them. If you try to do this step on the cheap you are cutting your own throat.

I know, because I have some (shameful) early attempts somewhere out there in internet-land that have about 5 visitors a month. I don't even visit them anymore. Don't do that.

The templates from the following source ARE designed to help you take over and dominate a niche quickly. I know, because my very first, out of the box effort took me about 2 hours (slow) total, and resulted in multiple Google "Top 10" rankings for my keywords.

Now, I am not guaranteeing that YOU will have this kind of result. But I really haven't found anything better, faster, or easier to use ... that works.

Every site I build with these particular templates makes me money. My other websites don't. I may not quite understand the WHY of all this, but I CAN see a flashing neon sign in front of my face

Another bonus (which I am finding to be more and more true) is that the face behind these masterful templates ... (and there IS one) is the owner, who puts his own reputation on the line. You can tell from the way he communicates that he wants to help you succeed, and means it. He provides not just templates, but strategies that work, and a forum where users can share ideas and help each other succeed. It is  a pretty cool place.
