Well Making the Band is back/ Damaged!!!!

During the finale the hip hop mogul Diddy, decided to end his business relationship with two singers of the group Dainty Kane... lead singer Aubrey and D Woods. Diddy had a sit down with the five ladies, and became angered as he continued to explain, to the group members that if there was a problem within their circle, they needed to solve it. Diddy tried to give Danity Kane the opportunity to work out their problems on their own without his involvement, but the ladies wouldn't follow his lead, they all seemed to be unable comprehend what Diddy was saying to them.

Diddy had no choice but to involve himself, after he observed the groups poor communication skills.Diddy finally came out of a bag on the girls, which was understandable, because I could see question marks in Diddy's eyes, and if he had said it out loud he would have said that.... I have invested in this group, and they are willing to throw it all away because they cant get along??)

Finally the cat hit the fan when Aubrey began to speak. Aubrey was on a high horse and needed to fall off. Diddy tried to explain to Aubrey that she had changed, and she was not the person that he signed. Diddy informed Aubrey of how her senseless actions and, dress code could put the brands name on the line. But Aubrey continued to be herself, which is only enjoyed by her. .

Aubrey don't get me wrong, its fine to be yourself, but if you must have self control or try going undercover when you are in the public eye. I feel that Diddy was just trying to warn her, of her actions because of media spotlight situations, which are well known to Diddy by experiencing it first hand.

Aubrey never understood that if just one the artist were to get negative publicity from the media, it would affect the entire label, which Diddy has worked so hard to build. I don't blame Diddy, because Aubrey is not worth the destruction of Diddy's accomplishments, especially since he has shared his fame with so many!

Dainty Kane should be grateful for the opportunity, that Diddy has given them. They didn't seem to understand, Diddy told the group how someone else would love to be in their position. Aubrey showed jealousy toward Dawn, by saying to Diddy, that he should have informed the group about the opportunity that he gave to Dawn. But just as Diddy said, he didn't have to tell Aubrey, about any decisions made by him unless she was a part of the opportunity.

Aubrey showed her true colors when she made that statement. I think that Aubrey felt that the group was based around her, which is not true because they all are great singers, and anyone can be replaced. Although it may have seemed that the actions of the cast including Diddy was for the cameras, but surely you don't believe that Diddy enjoyed being mocked by an artist that he helped and created?Aubrey is a little on the wild side, and she em brasses the other group member with her actions. Aubrey is to touchy and comes across as a flirt.

If you watched the show you couldn't help but notice how she would always have to touch or get to close for comfort when she was around a male. But when Diddy told her that he didn't want her in the group anymore, it was a shock. But what did she expect? Many fans think of Diddy as being mean, But that's not true, he was being business.

When you are in business you must control your empire at all cost!!!

.When it comes to D Woods, she could have easily changed her situation by speaking out and saying to Diddy that he was coming at her wrong, which he admitted he was wrong during the show.

The window was wide open for her, with an opportunity to solve her differences with Diddy. But D Wood decided on the pride. It s amazing how she would rather walk away from her career, without trying to defend it, when that was a small thing to do, after she had contributed so much time and energy into reaching her goal.

Andrea play a part in starting the fire, and left an opening for trouble. When Andrea contacted Diddy, while on tour,threatening quit the group, which was proof that she didn't appreciate her fame.

.Please understand, I not saying that Diddy is perfect, I'm just giving my opinion of what I noticed on the show. There are things that happened behind the scenes that we'll never see or know about. That's why its always two sides to a story. But if I were a part of Danity Kane, I would suggest that we set aside our differences, and do our job, which is entertainment. What affects Danity Kane, also affects their fans base. Although Diddy invested in Dainty Kane, the fans are at the root of not only Danity Kane's fame but also Diddy's
