Male enhancement is a mostly taboo topic that not many men are well versed in. Today in our world, people change their body in many different ways to make themselves more attractive to the opposite sex. And the penis is no exception. You see it every day - advertisements for the next big male enhancement pills, patches, lotions, or even stretching equipment. Well while a few of those methods might work for some individuals there is an alternative method that is proven to work. And you don't even have to buy anything! That method is male enhancement exercises. There are several different types that I will cover and I will roughly explain how each works and how you can do them yourself with nothing but your hands and lotion.

Does Size Even Matter?

This is probably the most asked question for men when it comes to pleasing a woman. When a woman says that size doesn't matter most men don't believe it. There are quite a few different techniques for male enhancement out there on the web but there are only a few that really work. The best male enhancement exercises that people have found are listed below.

Jelquing

One of the oldest forms of making one's penis bigger is the male enhancement exercise called jelquing or milking. Jelquing dates back to more than 5,000 years ago where it was started in Sudan. For this procedure you need a warm cloth and some lotion.

First drape the warm cloth over your penis for a time called the warm up period. After a few minutes you take the cloth off and apply some lotion. Place your hand in the OK position and start and the base of the shaft and work your way to the base of the tip. Once that happens, use the other hand in the exact same way and remove the first. Keep doing this for a few minutes, with each stroke only lasting 3 or so seconds. Place the warm rag back over and rest a bit.

Possible Risks Involved With Jelquing

There are risks with this procedure and you must not over do it. You can pop a blood vessel or tear tissue that can be painful. Never go more than once or twice a day to be safe. Also never do this penis exercise with a full erection as you can cause serious damage. It is okay though to not be completely flaccid. After a few months you should start to see some results. The downside to this exercise is that if you decide to stop and girth or length will be lost in about a months time.

Penile Ballooning

Another popular type of penis enlargement exercise is that of ballooning. Ballooning of the penis is where you hold back the urge to ejaculate and can be practiced with sex or masturbation. This is mostly a technique to increase sexual stamina but it can also increase girth and length of the penis in some cases. What you do is right before you feel the urge to get off, you stop and stimulate yourself at the bottom of the shaft to keep up the erection. Another technique is to squeeze the tip. And once you're good to go again you start the process over again.

Some recommend to ejaculate once per session some say go even longer (3-5 times). How long you wait can have an effect on the size increase of your member.

Natural Male Enhancement Exercises With Weights

One of the most common ways guys try to increase the length of their penis is with stretching or hanging devices. It has been around for many many years and dates back to tribal times.

These devices work by pulling or stretching the penis with weights which causes cells to split and reform. This makes the cells bigger which in turn increases your size. You can find these penis stretching devices at an adult store or online.

Serous Downsides To Stretching

Downside of these is that they can restrict the blood flow to the glans which can cause possible erectile dysfunction and even impotence. So unless you're okay with those types of risks, you're almost certainly better off trying one of the other exercises above.

Remember That Growth Takes Time

As with most things in life, male enhancement exercises take time to work. Don't expect to try one once and come out with a huge penis - it just doesn't work that way. If you keep up the technique for a few months, at most you can expect 1-2 inches of length and maybe 1 inch in girth growth. Sometimes combining male enhancement products with exercise can work better than just either alone so you can try that as well.
