Male Yeast Infection Symptoms

Being a man with a yeast infection, a lot of thoughts might be running through your head but no worries it is easily treatable. Men tend to hide the fact that they have a yeast infection only because yeast infections are usually a women’s problem. Once you come to the terms that you have a male yeast infection you’ll realize that’s there more than one remedy to get rid of the infection.

Easy & Efficient

Some of the remedies are very straight forward and useful so wont hurt to try to see if they work for you. To begin with, the first and perhaps best remedy for male yeast infection is to take a shot of garlic and this remedy is more popular among men sufferers than women because the latter cannot stand the garlic’s rather strong taste. It does however mean needing to take a glass of milk or even olive oil and then cutting cloves of garlic that can be chewed while drinking down the milk to ensure that the taste is not too overbearing.

Garlic has wonderful anti-fungal properties and along with milk as well as olive oil the effects are very strong and positive.

Another home remedy for a male yeast infection is virgin coconut oil its very efficient for any yeast infection because it contains caprylic acid that fights yeast. Take 2 to 3 tablespoons every day for one week and your yeast infection should be taken care of.

Monistat is a women’s yeast infection medicine but it can work for men also. The only thing you need to be careful about when you use this remedy for male yeast infection is to ensure that it is not too strong and that it does not irritate your skin when applied to the skin of the penis. To make sure that your skin around the penis doesn’t get irritated you can dilute it with a little of vinegar the both of them combined together can make it the right mixture to get rid of the yeast infection.

When women get yeast infections the first question they ask there docs are can a yeast infection clear up on its own. The answer to that question is no, even though the yeast infection appears to subside and seem gone it isn’t and wont fully go away until you take medication or a well known home remedy for the infection
