I have been following the global warming debate for some time. As a 7th grade teacher I had students graph Earths temperature during various epochs of time. We considered magnitudes of 10, ten years, 100 years and so on with one group doing 4 billion years. We discovered that the earth has gone through many vast periods of successive warming and cooling. We also discovered that the earth has been warming since the end of the 'Little Ice Age' in about 1800. In this article I outline a proof that man induced global warming is a fraud. The fraud has been perpetrated by a self serving class of money grubbing hypocrites.  They benefit financially and politically from this sort of agenda, but as the scam becomes clear hopfully they would be exposed.  Actually the debate about global warming is a very interesting story, and interesting to follow even if your' not interested in the politics.

There are a variety of facts that the liberal media leave out of their 'global warming' reports. It is interesting how uninformative the 'news' actually is. It is similar to a fascist system that pretends to inform while actually keeping people ignorant. To begin any history of Earths' temperatures is rarely mentioned. Seems that would be a relevant starting point wouldn't it? In fact our current warming phase is due to change back to ice age anytime. So we need to be clear the issue is not whether or not we have experienced a warming trend, but rather is this trend due to mans activities? I mean that's what the trillions of dollars the left plans to cost our economy to solve global warming is about isn't it?

I generally think news people are some of the stupidest people on the planet. (That's why they should stick to the facts instead of their political agenda. Which by the way is inseperable since they choose what facts to report.) Their reasoning goes: Man produces the 'greenhouse gas' CO2. The Earth is warming. Therefore man is the cause of global warming. Add in: We make money promoting these sorts of hysterical agendas. I have a simple proof that humans are not the cause of any significant global warming. If you don't like proofs just skip ahead to the conclusion in bold.

Basic Proof that Man Is Not a Significant Cause of Global Warming

It is well documented that mans contribution to the total of all greenhouse gases is .28%. Read that again .28%. If you have common sense you can skip the gory details of my proof. Of course, the un-informant bigots* in the media NEVER mention this .28%, but again it is fact. Now my proof is simple and would have been discovered long ago by scientists if they did not make money researching global warming.

Let's try to forge forward.  Lets imagine what would happen if green house gases were doubled instead of just increased by a tiny fraction.  We have some historical precedent.  Please see the next graph.  Lets then assume that this led to a 10 degree Celsius change in Earths temperature.  Performing an elementary 6th grade proportions calculation using the .28% increase in greenhouse gases that we are actually responsible for then gives mans contribution to global warming as .028 degrees Celsius.  Below I outline an 8th grade Science experiment that would illustrate the problem.

What the argument says is that if a doubling in greenhouse gases increases Earths temperature by 10 degrees Celsius then a .28% change in greenhouse gases should increase Earths temperature by .028 degrees Celsius. I would like to call this: The famous proof using 6th grade proportions that man is not responsible for significant global warming. I expect to be recognized in the scientific journals for the elegance and simplicity of my reasoning. Again the result for those skipping the proof: Mans contribution to global warming is about .028 degrees Celsius.

I suspect roads, buildings, atmospheric haze, and clear cutting also may play roles in our model of the causes of global warming. Most likely they also make a fractional contribution. Atmospheric haze is supposed to lead to cooling. But the vast clearing of trees in many areas might reasonably lead to some effect. I researched the tree issue. There were a variety of nit wit eco sites promoting tree planting. Nothing against planting trees I wish everyone on the left did it all day everyday instead of stealing money from the poor so they can buy SUV's, but when I finally found a Scientific American article it said, "if all the forests were cut and left to rot, the annual global mean temperature would decrease by more than 0.5 degree Fahrenheit."

I think there is something to be learned from this issue on how the left operates. It is interesting how the left goes along as though they are the only ones that can possibly be right about anything, and as though they are the only ones who care. It turns out they have been selfishly creating an agenda for their own monetary enrichment. Follow the money. It explains the class behaviour of the left in promoting this agenda.  

Additional fascinations I learned about while researching global warming:

Of course, the obvious is that there is a reason having to do with energy from the sun that explains this.  Global warming alarmists are scrambling to find alternate explanations for each and every planet.  This is sort of similar to creation scientists trying to maintain their hypothesis that the earth is only 6,000 years old, or the pre Copernicus scientists that imagined the earth was the center of the universe and developed a complex theory of orbits.

"It is the greatest scam in history. I am amazed, appalled and highly offended by it. Global Warming; It is a SCAM. Some dastardly scientists with environmental and political motives manipulated long term scientific data to create in [sic] allusion of rapid global warming. Other scientists of the same environmental whacko type jumped into the circle to support and broaden the "research" to further enhance the totally slanted, bogus global warming claims. Their friends in government steered huge research grants their way to keep the movement going. Soon they claimed to be a consensus.

Environmental extremists, notable politicians among them, then teamed up with movie, media and other liberal, environmentalist journalists to create this wild "scientific" scenario of the civilization threatening environmental consequences from Global Warming unless we adhere to their radical agenda. Now their ridiculous manipulated science has been accepted as fact and become a cornerstone issue for CNN, CBS, NBC, the Democratic Political Party, the Governor of California, school teachers and, in many cases, well informed but very gullible environmental conscientious citizens. Only one reporter at ABC has been allowed to counter the Global Warming frenzy with one 15 minutes documentary segment."

Imagine making your own little green house and measuring the temperature change as you add water vapor.  I suggest it as a basic science experiment.  Construct two small plastic greenhouses say 1 cubic meter each or even just 1 liter each.  Now the first is the control.  We measure the temperature and humidity in this without changing anything.  Next, introduce water vapor in the second greenhouse.  Now measure the temperature and humidity in the second greenhouse.  Finally, form the 6th grade proportion as above to determine mans contribution to global warming.  Now you must point out that you are modeling Earths atmosphere with a small greenhouse and that that leads to possible errors.  (Mainly when forming the proportion the cooling of the small greenhouses as compared to the cooling of Earths atmosphere is a source of error.)  But on the other hand we can make reasonable assumptions about how big these errors might likely be and the result is such that there is room for significant error.  Discussion of the sources of errors is useful to develop reasoning and 8th graders may find that difficult.

*I use the term bigots somewhat reluctantly.  First, note it is not part of the reasoning of my proof.  People may or may not be bigots and that is no proof that they are right or wrong in a given argument.  However, my proof, being made independently it is fair to point this out.  They are bigots because they are so intolerant of others views that they choose what truths to share and what to ignore, believing they manipulate others for their own good.  But this fundamentally goes against what should be their duty which is to report all the facts.  Further I use the term because it is precisly the language of the left.  I disagree with the idea of just getting the truth about global warming out.  It is more than that.  The left needs to be held accountable for the frauds they perpetrate.   The fraud has been perpetrated for the purpose of taking money.
