In the past managing the symptoms of fibromyalgia was very difficult and even in the present it can be difficult. It effects every person differently. Everyone has different symptoms then the next person. Some people have more and some have less, and the severity of some of the symptoms will be different.

Doctors have used over 70 different medicines to treat fibromyalgia. Some people will need a stronger dose of some of there medicine then the next person. Your symptoms are unique to you, but a lot of them are similar.

For now it is recommended that you do low impact exercises.

You can go for a walk, ride a bike or do stretching exercises. One of the best low impact exercises is swimming or water aerobics. Don’t push yourself too hard with these, you alone know how your body will react. I know, what do you mean exercise when my body is screaming “I Hurt all over.”
