Mandarin Chicken Salad Recipe
Here's a delicious quick and easy recipe for Mandarin Chicken Salad that everyone in your family is sure to enjoy.
1. 1 14 1/2 Ounce Can Pineapple chunks in heavy syrup not drained.
2. 2 Small Cans Mandarin Oranges drained.
3. 4 Cups Mixed Green Salad Greens.
4. 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil.
5. 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar.
6. 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce.
7. 4 Chicken Breast cut into small chunks and cooked done in vegetable oil.
8. 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper.
9. 1 Large Tomato diced up fine.
10. 3 Tablespoons Fine Chopped Almonds.
Mix all your ingredients but the chicken in a large bowl and mix well. Take half your chicken and mix it into the salad. Put the remainder of the chicken on top of the salad.
This makes a wonderful lite full meal or you can serve it as a salad. It would go great with our Peanut Chicken Recipe. Just set up your own in home Chinese buffet.
