Recipe 1
Mango Lassi
Ingredients
1) Mango Big size Ripened One number
2) Sugar (minimum) Five Tablespoon
3) Salt To the requirement
4) Yogurt (Thick) 100 ml
5) Rosewater One Tablespoon
Method
1) Wash and Peel off Mango. Cut into cubes
2) Take yogurt in small bowl.
3) Add mango cubes.
4) Add sugar
5) Beat the ingredients in a mixer till it becomes well blended.
6) Add ice cubes. Beat it again.
7) Pour the liquid in tall glass tumblers.
8) Sprinkle little sugar and rosewater
9) Serve it chill
Recipe 2
Mango Milk Shake
Ingredients
1) Mango Big size ripened Two numbers
2) Milk (Boiled and Chilled) 250 ml
3) Sugar Three to Four Tablespoons
4) Ice cream (Vanilla flavor) 100 ml
5) Essence (Vanilla flavor) To the requirement - two drops
6) Ice cubes (Crushed) To the desired quantity
Method
1) Wash and Peel off Mango. Cut into cubes
2) Add milk, mango cubes, sugar and blend the content in a mixer.
3) Add vanilla essence and crushed ice cubes and beat it again
4) Transfer the liquid to tall glass tumblers.
5) Decorate it with a tablespoon of ice-cream
6) Serve it chill
Recipe 3
Mango Pudding
Ingredients
1) Mango Big size Ripened Two numbers
2) Fresh cream whip (Chilled) 250 ml
3) Gelatin Two pockets
4) Water (warm) One cup
5) Sugar 200 gr (or required quantity)
6) Milk 250 ml.
Method
1) Take gelatin and dissolve it in warm water. Stir well till it gets dissolved.
2) Add sugar and stir well till the sugar gets dissolved.
3) Beat the mango cubes in a mixer till it becomes a thick liquid.
4) In a separate bowl add gelatin mixture, mango liquid and milk. Stir well.
5) Pour the content in any desired serving bowl.
6) Cover the bowl and refrigerate the contents for about three hours. Check whether the pudding is set in a semi-solid condition.
7) Garnish with roasted cashew nuts, strawberries or apple slices. Serve it chill

I make mango lassi with ready made mango pulp and milk then put it in the blender for 30 seconds. But I guess in summer when we get fresh mangoes I would try some of these other recipes too. Nice hub.
Mangoes are great. The recipes sound good but, I'm not sure where I can get rose water. I will probably need to order it online. I think I will try making the mango pudding though.
Mr. Jim10 Thank you for your comments. Rose water is nothing but rose soaked water. If not available don't worry. You may proceed even without rose water. Thank you once again.

Easy way to Mango pulp: Peel the ripe mango and cut into pieces. Blend this into a mixer with 1/4 cup water to make the pulp.
