December 5, 2006: This week we are sending the CAD engineering drawings to our specialty space planner. Norm has over 10 years experience in space planning for professional office space. He is expected to review the lot dimensions, set-back and parking regulations, environmental requirements and market information and suggest an interior layout for the building. Once we have a layout, and suggested finish requirements we will be able to confirm our costs with the general contractor. The space plan will also have a significant impact on expected rents and final proforma financial projections for the project.

These final CAD drawings are then submitted to the city in order to receive a building permit.

The financial partners will see the specific floorplan and proforma before the limited partnership is funded and closed and construction begins.
