Marinated Grilled Chicken (skewers optional)
Marinated Grilled Chicken (skewers optional)

Here is the easiest chicken marinade recipe ever! It only requires 2 ingredients and a few hours in the refrigerator to marinate. So delicious.... so simple! Low fat and tasty, too. Bring on grilling season, I say!

Marinade:

1 bottle Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing

1 cup soy sauce

Directions:

Take 1-2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast. Trim excess fat and slice into 2-inch wide strips. Place in 13 x 8 inch glass pyrex dish and pour marinade over top, covering completely. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Pre-heat grill to medium heat (350 degrees). Place the strips directly on the grilling surface. There is no need to skewer them, unless you desire. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Time to picnic!
Time to picnic!

This chicken is terrific as a main course, served with corn on the cob, fruit salad, and toasted french bread. We also enjoy it over salad greens. No need to buy the frozen chicken strips when this is a much fresher, tastier alternative! During the "grilling" months, we'll make this recipe at least once a week. Its easy to double or triple for parties, 4th of July, picnics, you name it.... Delicious cold, too! Enjoy!

Nice and simple way to grill

------------

Chicken with Coke

Chicken Wings, 1 cup of coke, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of oil

The size of cup depends on the amount of chicken wings. Cook them altogether for about half an hour. No need to stir, just put everything together and cook. You can replace the coke with wine if you want.
