Mark has been making sauces for almost twenty years. His loyal local fans finally convinced him to bottle it in 2007. It's been flying off the shelves ever since.
Mark also recently joined in the National Chili Cook off in Washington, DC. We had a blast a raised a lot of money for the local chapter of the Kidney Foundation. It's an awesome time with lots of great bands. We recommend it to everyone next year. There were 35,000 people there this year. We served 1,700 samples in less than 4 hours. That's about 30 gallons of chili!!!

I love your hot sauce Mark, all flavor's and I cant wait to have more..
Please send me more....more hot sauce. . It is Yummy!
I never really cared for hot sauce until I had Mark's. It is very flavorful...Not just HOT! My favorite is the Spiced Rum, and I love it on my scrambled eggs!!
Cherry Bomb is my favorite! I've used all the hot sauces 6 days a week. A huge dollop on each bite of my lunch wraps gives me a calming sense – just the right soothing warmth in the center back of my kneck. Capsaicin's a wonderful thing, thanks! Chili

When I first tried the snake bite, I thought it was good. I am a big fan of hot sauce. Mark's hot sauce is probably the most flavorful hot sauce I have ever tried, and I look forward to any new flavors they come out with.
