I love all of Marlon's Dashboards. I guess step-by-step really works for me. Takes the intimidation out of complex processes.

I got the info product creation dashboard (and some of the others), but the info product creation one is my favorite. But once that I have created my first info products, how do I get people to buy them???

That's where Marlon's Promo Dashboard comes in. I could hardly wait for it to come out, and it hasn't disappointed.

Just like the other dashboards, it features step-by-step instructions, alll the necessary steps neatly divided into 6 across and 6 down, for a total of 36 fields.

The idea is that you take it one day at a time -- you just do one module a day and then go on to the next and the next and so on.  There are six to a week, i.e., you'll work on it Monday through Saturday, and take Sunday off.  And six weeks later, you've got a rocking promo campaign going. 

What otherwise could be a seriously intimidating process is thereby reduced to the task at hand.  You don't even see all the other stuff that's yet to be done. You just focus on what you're doing.

What I also like is that the information is presented in various types of media -- there are audios, videos, screen shots, and text explanations. And generally, it's all very easy to follow.  Just connect-the-dots.

Since Marlon includes so many different aspects of promotional activities, he also covers a lot of things that I used to struggle with.  And since they're so well explained, I now use his dashboard almost like a resource guide.  I need to know how to do some activity (create PDF file or whatever) and I just go there and find that and learn how to do it.
