Medical Malpractice: How to Know if You have one.

Maryland Medical Malpractice Claims

Malpractice Claims are similar in most states even in Maryland.  Medical Malpractice requires that you prove that a medical provider (doctor, nurse, etc) made some sort of mistake.  That mistake must result in some sort of damage.  This is important because if there is a mistake but no injury happens then in most states there is no medical malpractice lawsuit.

One Part of this equation may sound a little strange, but you also have to prove that the mistake is related to the injury.  What this means is that if a doctor makes mistake and a person is injured or dies, you have to prove that it was the mistake that did it.  The person has to be made worse off BECAUSE of the mistake.

The Video below explains the key parts of a case.  Watch to learn more.
