Listen, make no mistake about it Article Marketing works; most of us realize that. But for many Online Marketers churning out articles of high quality and sufficient quantity is all but impossible. Let's look at the math.

Although this is totally unrealistic, let's assume that you write 10 articles. You've got great high impact titles, perfect keyword density and all that. Let's assume that all of your articles are published without incident and that from the millions of articles combined online, yours are read with regular consistency; you get 50 readers per day. And let's further assume you have a 50% click-through rate.

That means that 50% of the people click through on the link in your resource box.

So here are the results. 10 x 50/day = 500 readers/day x 50% click-through rate = 250 site visitors every day. This again is an unrealistic assumption, but hopefully you get the idea.

The reality is that every article is not weighted the same. Some get huge readership others do not. Some may even experience a 50% click-through, but most will be around 20% on average.

In essence, to be effective you need hundreds of articles circulating on the Internet. Anything less is just plain unrealistic.
