Another day in the books! Day 6 has come to an end, and I am still doing well. My daughter has now decided that she does not like me not sitting at the table with her (I was too tempted at the beginning), but now I can sit with her and be OK. It is still hard, but not because I am hungry, just because it is sitting there in front of me.

Fatigue is getting to be a little bit of an issue. I had a lot of energy a couple of days ago, but then I was a little stupid and worked out. Since then I really have not been back up where I was. Luckily I am at home with my daughter all day so I can sneak in a nap when she does.

My weight is starting to drop at this point as well. I am down 4 pounds from when I started, and 3 pounds from yesterday. Clearly my body is starting to have some results from the Lemon Master Cleanse. Remember this is NOT advised as a crash diet. If you try to use it that way, you will gain back the weight and then more. This is to cleanse the body of harmful toxins and parasites that are in our digestive track and have been for years.

At this point my movements with the salt water flush are really starting to get some results. Again, I can not express the benefits of the salt water flush. While it is by far the worst part of the day, it is also when you really can see and feel the results. I have also found that doing it as soon as you wake up is another way to make it a little better. You aren't as awake and neither are your taste-buds!

Also if you are using the straw, stand straight up and don't look at the liquid while you are drinking. These are just a few of the things that have really helped me make it through the flush. Without the flush though I can honestly say you will not get out as much of the toxins as you could with it.

Overall, day 7 here I come! Tomorrow the parasites should start to die, and by 10 they should all be dead. That will be more than a little gross I am sure, but I have come this far, I will not give up now!
