BBQ Meatloaf Sandwiches

1/2 Favorite Family Meatloaf

1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce(We like KC Masterpiece)

11/2 teaspoons cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon pepper

4 onion rolls or hamburger buns, split

1/2 cup prepared creamy coleslaw(optional)

In small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, vinegar and pepper; mix well.

Cut meatloaf into eight slices. Place 2 slices on bottom half of each roll; top each with approximately 2 tablespoons sauce and 2 tablespoons coleslaw. Close sandwiches.

Makes 4 servings (serving size is one sandwich).
