Deep Breathing Techniques:
This being one of the outstanding meditation methods which results in the evolution of skills which will serve you through life. Breathe in slowly and completely through the nose gradually while white energy penetrates your entire being. Slowly breathe out completely through your mouth. Do this for 15 minutes every day while learning meditation. Over time, you will be able to transform yourself into a relaxed state regardless of your surrounding or goings on.
Chi-Lel Qigong:
Chi-Lel Qigong or healing energy is the manipulation of Earth Energy which may be used in so many ways. Chi means life energy and Gong describes daily practice. Chi-Lel is known as Chi Therapy. Chi-Lel was developed by brothers Frank and Luke Chan of China. Dr. Pang Ming created Chi-Lel Qigong, opening The World's Largest Medicine-less Hospital which was later closed for political reasons.
A worldwide Full Moon meditation takes place where practitioners perform an easy meditation for humanity. Information can be found online for the Full Moon Practice times worldwide. The Chinese also perform a practice for the New Moon each month.
Yoga Discipline:
Yoga began in India long ago and entail stretching and exercising of still life poses of your body. This encourages control of three parts: mind, physical body and spirit. An intimate awareness, increased flexibility and physical strength are enhanced. Yoga may be tailored to suit your physical abilities and /or spiritual development depending on your personal beliefs. Yoga is of the more difficult of the meditation types to master.
Chanting & Mantras:
Chanting or Mantra meditation types may be practiced alone or with peers. You may find comfort exercising a particular chant rather than focusing on void space. Some prefer using song or musical notes. The OM method also occupies the mind as this will distract the thought process considerably. The use of colors, incense or candles can be very effective.

Guided meditation methods through a meditation audio are a perfect way to begin. These easy meditation methods allow you to fully relax while your guide to leads you through the entire session. From the initial relaxation to ultimate destination, learning meditation with a guide is a gratifying experience.
